Parcel was sent lunchtime Friday and it was delivered to me before 9am Monday. That is good service normally but take into account covid and the fact we had several inches of snow on Sunday and road diverts and it's exceptional. I'd read the reviews on here and been worried but how wrong was I . Thank you to all the team that got my parcel to me during these difficult times. I'd recommend you and I'd certainly be happy to get another parcel delivered by you. Stay safe and thank you

Terrible Service - Received a delivery of 3 very heavy boxes. DELIVERY DRIVER BY THE NAME OF RYAN. He dumped 3 heavy boxes in front of the door so no-one could get in or out of our offices & had walked off. He did not even notify us the delivery had been made. I managed to push the door so I could squeeze through a gap to get out. When I saw him return to his dirty shabby van I asked him if he could move them away from the door for me as there was no way I could lift them as they were far to heavy. He was very rude. I asked Ryan if he would mind putting them in the hallway as all delivery drivers usually to. RYAN just said NO & walked off. Very rude man! Wearing no PPE!

Terrible terrible service - 300 pound parcel sent never arrived then invoiced me for the so called delivery service ! No customer service here - cant even get hold of someone high enough to make a complaint- local office tells lie after lie - currently seeking legal action-AVOID AT ALL COSTS

This is a very poor company. Sent a time to deliver between and still had not delivered 4 hours latter. Received a text saying they had tried to deliver which they had not. Phoned customer services the female was rude. Said they would try to deliver the next day and driver would phone before. No phone call but got delivery 2 hours later. Very poor over all. Would recommend any delivery company before APC.

Apc delivered a carpet or I should say dumped it on my step then did a runner , It was wrapped in clear plastic. I brought it in my house and put it down on the floor , only then did I notice a rank fish odour !I think It had been stored with wet fish !! The wrapping had split and the stinking fish smell was on the carpet ,I had to wash and use a odour killing spray , a lot of work !! Apc are irresponsible and unprofessional ,and employ muppet drivers.I do NOT recommend.

The best couriers I have ever dealt with. The company I bought my item from sent me a tracking link that was invalid so I rang APC directly and I spoke to a guy named Jon...he couldn’t be more helpful. He arranged to deliver my parcel to my partners address to make it easier for me. He give me a time for expected delivery and said the driver would ring me 10 mins before. Very helpful and much appreciated because I work in a care home and can not afford to take time off waiting for a parcel to be delivered. Thank you Jon

Was suppose to be delivered for our work Christmas party but the item did not arrive and the tracking hadn't been updated. I emailed them two weeks after the item was suppose to be delivered and they said the item was delivered when it had not been. I have emailed them multiple times and still have no idea where my package is.

Waited in all day for APC to collect a parcel. They never showed, then I get an email claiming that they had visited, andf had been unable to call me on my phone. Both lies. My home office is directly above my front door, so I can even hear if a van pulls up outside, and I had no missed calls on my phone. Not the first time this has happened with this company. I would never have booked a collection with Paisley Freight if I had known they would use APC! The poor service is bad, the being charged an additional £9.99 is unbelievable, but the lying is totally unacceptable. Unable to leave no stars for their "service"

This hopeless company delivered a xmas hamper of perishable food for 6 days late in Decamber, all went in tge bin. This week a replacement hamper which should have been delivered on Jan 13th was left at the wrong address. We don't know where it is. Hopeless service, hopeless tracking system, hopeless delivery drivers.

In South East Wales we have an APC who are unable to deliver any package next day. Western Couriers in Bedwas are failing, and if they were a school they would be put into special measures. I myself have suffered two instances of next day deliveries not arriving for a week. It is known in the area that if you have a delivery from APC, expect it to be late. One of my next day parcels was a birthday cake...they attempted to deliver this perishable item 7 days after it was meant to arrive, and didn't give a flying ####. This courier service is the worst in the UK. I've now taken it upon myself to not order from companies who use APC. Let's all hope DPD buy these out one day and show them how it's done.

I ordered a mattress on 14th December 2020 and still not received it. Everytime I email them I get a reply back saying it's on its way! Their tracking system is rubbish, tried calling them, waited for 3 long hours and still didn't get to speak to anyone!

Waiting for a television to arrive on 5th January. It never arrived, I am unable to access the tracking website as it says the consignment number doesn’t exist. I will not be using appliances direct again due to the poor service from APC courier

I ordered a cover for my car windscreen, I wasn’t there for the first delivery. The next delivery slot was over a week later because of the Christmas period, but no one turned up on the 31st despite being when I requested. Almost a week after emailing to find out what happened, i received a reply to say the driver ran out of time and asked if I would accept a delivery the next day? No waiting for my response, I recieved another card to say I’d missed the delivery again but Instead of leaving in the blue bin or neighbour like most normal delivery’s for a simple inexpensive item, took all the back to dept 30+ miles from me. And i no longer have the option to reschedule delivery ok the website again because you’re only allowed to do that once. Currently waiting for a response to my second email to them.

I ordered a new vape because mine gave up and I was expecting my order to arrive on 30th of December 2020 but nobody came. On 31st I again received an email that they will deliver and again nobody came. Now I will have to wait at least until 4th of January 2021 and if it doesn't arrive until then I will cancel the delivery, this is unacceptable.

I ordered a tv from Appliances Direct on 17th December and paid for next day delivery. We waited in all day and I telephoned Appliances Direct to complain that it had not been delivered so they refunded the courier cost. I attempted to contact APC on 19th December and after 147 attempts to get a connection, I gave up. On Monday 21st December I again tried to telephone and after 17 attempts eventually spoke with somebody at 09.00. I was told that the driver had run out of time so took it back to the depot and was told that they were putting it on the van and I should get in within 30 to 45 minutes. 12.30 came and no tv so I phoned them again and they contacted the driver who said he had left it at no 12 as there was nobody in. We checked with number 12 and it was not there. The driver then said that he had left it at another address. Because of this I told them to return the tv as i was refusing delivery. I contacted Appliances Direct and they contacted APC and were told that it was still in the depot so I told them to cancel the order and refund my money. At 7.30 that evening I received a telephone call from a gentleman that it had been delivered to his address which is about a mile from my home. Although Appliances Direct have not yet received the tv, they have refunded my money. I will in future check which courier company my order is to be delivered by and if it id APC I will purchase from another source. Perhaps their drivers should wear Stetsons as they are the biggest cowboy outfit I have ever come across.

Use any other delivery COURIER than this poor excuse for a company. Tracking is useless,customer service.......What customer service,they just leave the phones to ring and ring. How can you possibly be at position 1 for 40 minutes? My overnight parcel is now 2 weeks late and APC just don't give a sh*t. APPALLING doesn't even come close.

I would strongly recommend you do not use Apc Overnight. They delivered the package to the wrong address. As I was not expecting this package, I would not have either been aware or got this gift without the kindness of a porter. I rang Apc Overnight customer service twice to bring this matter to their attention. Both conversations were confrontational. An apology was not forthcoming and the explanation covid was unsatisfactory.

Absolutely appalling service, complete joke. Had an email from APC to say I'd had a package delivered - Nothing turned up. Could have been anything, as I had many parcels turning up over Christmas and the email gave no parcel numbers/further details to check. Tried to call APC, no answer. Contacted them by email, no answer. Dawned on me there was a possibility it could be some live crickets I ordered for my reptiles - Checked with cricket company, yes it was. Searched all around the building for this parcel, no one has seen it. There is an estate office on the ground floor, purely on a hunch I checked through the letterbox - There was my parcel, with a huge label on it saying 'Fragile, live insects', on the doormat of an office that is now closed for god knows how long over Christmas. Absolute idiots. Call the people who own the office, sorry they can't come out and won't be open now until after Christmas. Neighbours all rallied round, luckily someone was able to get in touch with a director who happens to live on site, who, thank god, happened to have a key. Finally at 3PM on the second afternoon, the package was in my hands. Disgusting run around from a shameful company, and I never did hear back from customer service regarding my original email. Have contacted the company the insects came from to let them know about this utter fiasco, and to not use this ridiculous company again. Thank you.

My parcel arrived eventually 3 days later!! The late delivery of this item cost us our weekend away which we had to cancel at a cost of £350 Because of this useless courier firm So avoid using it like the virus 🦠

Courier came once and I was out. I arranged a redelivery two days after. The courier never came. I repeatedly had to chase, had two more lies from their customer service agents where they promised me the parcel would be delivered and I still don’t have it. It is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with and I advise retailers not to use them. I would never order from a company that uses APC to deliver again. They are not fit for purpose.
