My company has used APC overnight for our parcel delivery service for a long time and I can honestly say that I have never had a single problem with the service and deliveries and we send out literally hundreds of orders each year.

Didn't leave a card and didn't knock the door properly or wait for someone to answer and drove off! Unprofessional and rude service from the driver when he turned up the next day after i had to chase it up! Overnight service..... that's not what i got, i expect abit more in this tough climate!

I had ordered two cases of beer from a UK supplier. One arrived intact, parcel clearly marked “2 of 2”. The driver stated to my wife that the other parcel, the “1 of 2” would be inside this which did not make sense and wasn’t in there of course when I opened it later in the day when I’d finished work. Checking on their tracking page it stated both parcels had been delivered which of course they hadn’t. I contacted the supplier who chased up the courier and got the response that the first parcel had been “damaged in transit” and had been incorrectly reported as delivered. To add insult to injury this was the last case of that brand the supplier had and they can’t get another. Well done guys. I would appreciate at least some explanation as to how this happened?

I had never heard of APC though I had a rather large delivery sent and it arrived promptly and the delivery driver was friendly. It seems a lot of people have come here to rant about bad service but that wasn't what I experienced.

Bought something on marketplace. The seller arranged through APC, it was collected on time and delivered to my home next morning. Fantastic. Reading the reviews here, I wonder, are people more likely to spend their time writing bad reviews than good? My experience is sincere, I'd never heard of APC personally but after such a positive experience, I will give them more business.

Top class service but I don't like the fact that they use Trustpilot, the following is my reply to their invite to review with them Sorry to say I don’t use Trustpilot as I have experience of them becoming internet policemen, if they don’t like your kind of business they warn prospective customer by making unsubstantiated claims about fraudulent transactions and business practices, be warned. Your service was excellent and I have no problem recommending your company.

I have received parcels twice with APC. I live up a long steep drive in the country. On both occasions the driver has carried the parcel up the drive and left where requested. Very pleased with service.

Absolutely useless company. Don't use them. Said couldn't get access intercom problem. Lies. Cctv. Didn't get anyone. Unless a ghost or invisible. And the strange thing was intercom wasn't needed. Coz the main entrance door was open for approximately 2 hours due to the work man clearing the snow. From the entrance. Caught out with your lies.

Five people in the house all day. Found the Sorry we missed you card at the end of the day. Okay, go online to book redelivery. Consignment number not recognised. Damn Okay, call them. Track down telephone number, no answer. Double damn. Now what ? I’ve got a wine tasting with no wine. Not good enough.

The courier was very aggressive & unprofessional. He accidentally smashed my mobile phone during the delivery. He then denied any involvement despite having two witnesses. He left without any apologies & refused to give any me his details.

Had an email for delivery between 12.49 and 14.49, great, or so I thought. Waited in all afternoon, I kept checking the tracker and the time was getting pushed back, OK I thought the driver has a lot to deliver. At 3.24 the van was less than a mile from my house, it was still there 2 hrs later, I checked again about 18.00 and the van was 24 miles away at the depot. No contact to say that my parcel was not going to be delivered.

I received my parcel within the time frame promised in spite of the snow and treacherous. The courier was very polite. He adhered to the Covid 19 measures by placing the parcel by the door, ringing the bell and stepping back. He took my name and with a smile wished me good day before leaving. Very pleased with the service.

Delivery driver knocked and before we had chance to answer had left. Did not leave a card. Checked on tracker and says card delivered case closed. No card or parcel.

In the past they were OK, now the have drivers thar chap the door while waiting the 10 secs standing there he writes on his handheld computer that your not in, jokers 😡 should try thinking the person might be in the toilet or opposite end of the property

Delighted with the service. Picked up large parcel from our home yesterday about 4pm and it was with my son and daughter-in-law at around 10.30 am today in Hertfordshire. Well done Apc. Will definitely recommend you and use you again.

there was someone in for the delivery but did not hear the driver no card left, there was an email sent that looked like a scam , currently on the phone trying to arrange a pick up 40 minutes no reply, could have drove to the depot and picked up in the time it has taken on the phone, but no card no instructions ???????? poor service

Very bad service do not tell you when an item is going to be delivered. So it ends up back at the depot because your not a mind reader. To be told you have to travel from one town to another in a national lockdown against the rules to collect it. Says it all really.

Ordered a food delivery from Santos Remedio via Slerp and I guess they used this company - APC. Restaurant sent the order (duck carnitas/guacamole) on Jan 28 as planned, and I paid £11 for overnight delivery for the next day. No meal delivered and the online website said nothing. No alerts either. So, I called the local depot who said it was stuck in Birmingham and would be delivered to them on Saturday, but that meant it wouldn't be delivered to me until Monday. I then live chatted with APC London and that lady told me she would get it to me today by noon (Jan 30 - 1 day late), which meant I could still eat the meal. No delivery. Contacted live chat and they bounced me to email. Tried calling the local depot - no answer. Sent email and got this reply: Good afternoon Apologies for the delay in response. I can see this had a 24 hour delay and was only received into the local depot this morning. Unfortunately this isn't out for delivery today, delivery will take place Monday. My reply: So, despite the live chat person yesterday telling me that it would be delivered today by noon, as opposed to yesterday by 8pm as paid for, you are saying that the cooked duck carnitas I ordered from Santo Remedio will be delivered on Monday, 4 days after the original date it was supposed to be delivered and 5 days after it was shipped. Her reply: I can only apologise for the delay but I'm afraid anything that is held at the National Hub for whatever reason is out of our control, and will be delivered the next working day which in this case will be Monday. So, in essence, when they say on their website that it's overnight or same day delivery, it is false advertising. My suggestion for any business who is thinking of using a delivery company for perishable food delivery DO NOT USE APC.

Utterly useless company. They've twice tried to deliver a parcel to our door & just gone away without trying to leave in our stair or with a neighbour, like EVERY other courier does. Didn't even bother putting the date or time on the card they left Tried their Depot - no answer, then tried the 0800 number, that just tries to direct you to the bloody depot. Hopeless. They obviously don't want to speak to customers. AVOID.

Absolutely awful. Two terrible experiences with this company now. Zero customer service and zero transparency on timing of deliveries. One of my deliveries (balloons for a special occasion) never even made it to me (apparently the driver lost his keys to the van!) and the other was apparently two stops away when tracking information disappeared from view. Already 2 hours late. Appalling!
