I can only Ecco most reviews on here no delivery when they said tracking off line didn’t email back after an hour on phone got through to someone who told me no delivery at weekend as I’d already took time of work for first delivery that never came it wasn’t an option for me in the week was told I could pick my items up from depot 2 sets off draws why would anyone be paying a delivery service then this company is a joke wasted my time and supplies time

Parcel was due to be delivered on the 2nd April, told would be be between 6pm and 10pm, no delivery, was bank holiday weekend so gave Benefit of doubt, next working day checked again, out for delivery still didn’t turn up, this has now happened for the last 4 days and every time we are stop 80-89 and will be due between 6pm and 10pm. And everyday at 1600 tracker goes off line, contacted the sender and they checked and told us they been in contact and it will be delivered today but we still waiting and last check delivery van was close to depot so guess we have to wait another week

Delivery due yesterday for Cocktails to make lockdown a little more bearable. Contacting them this morning, the delivery appears lost and they have no idea when we will receive it. It looks like a 24 hour delivery will take over a week. Avoid this cowboy scam.

Nottingham Branch is Terrible. The first item turned up damaged. Then on the following day the driver couldn't be bothered to deliver so took a picture of a random house and pretend he tried. After complaining in an email the customer service department said all they could do is try again in a week's time. The Notts customer service desk won't even answer the phone. Shocking unprofessional service. Do not use in the Notts area.

Garbadge company would not buy from anyone who uses Apc again . Never received any information about my delivery which meant I didn't receive it for 2 weeks and the item had £165 worth of damage done to it . Down right dead beats .

Was really impressed with APC, I had a delivery due which I had completely forgotten about and was out the house. It was a perishable item so really needed to get delivered today. I rang the depot and they were so helpful, they contacted the driver who said he would wait until I got home. Thankfully I wasn’t that far away. Very impressed with the service

The absolute worst. Don’t use them. Next day delivery has now been a week and they lie when I contact them saying its being delivered on this day and that day. All lies. I feel my package has genuinely been stolen by them.

Tracked my parcel for 1hour untill it was my turn on the map, stood at my kitchen window at 14 40ish and watched them drive past! ... And then.. " sorry we missed you" comes up on my tracking .... What a joke Monday now before I get the so called 24hour delivery pathetic service well well APC u can do two more so called attems and deliver it back to the sender now!!!!.. I will go else were who use royal mail.

I echo what has been said, what a joke. My parcel was at the end of my road, the delivery lady decided she had had enough and turned the tracking off and went home. Overnight delivery, what a load of nonsense, dont bother use a better company! Customer services just apologised , cited Covid and said its a difficult time..., Also said its not about the blame game.. It is its your pathetic customer service and a company that cant deliver overnight. Beware, the customer services rep Andre said overnight doesnt always mean overnight. Cant really say anymore.

Frigging joke of a company!!!! I'd never heard of APC before but I'll not forget that name in a hurry. Wayne in customer services (the irony in that title) said that if I didn't stop arguing and complaining, he would tell the driver not to deliver my parcel....MY GOODS, WHICH ARE BOUGHT AND PAID FOR!!!!! You couldn't make it up.

Dreadful company. I needed a package delivered asap so went with these morons. They said they tried to deliver next day, a lie, two people were in and no one attempted to deliver. Rang them and they promised i would have my package by 10 am the next day. They lied. At half ten i rang them. Apparently they have only just found my package, and unfortunately all their vans are out so they cant deliver till monday, 4 DAYS LATE. As of the 21st i am still waiting. This company has cost me financially and my good name with my own customers has been diminished. Rotherham branch of APC is horrific. This company has a great advert/presence on line, but dont believe it. The reality is they are just another incompetent over priced delivery company, no more capable than any other. Try hermes instead, less than half the price and the same level of service.

paid for a before 12.00pmdelivery for very expensive live koi fish recieved no email or text so couldn't track it nothing new gone 12.00 no delivery had to email as covid meant they don't answer the phone they always blame covid now for everything was then told it should be1.30 pm finally came 3.00pm asked about refund they all but laughed no customer services to speak to absolutely terrible company use them at your peril luckily the fish survived

Absolute farce of a courier service. Purchased a next day service. Still no delivery almost a week later. Tracking information on the website - doesn't work. Customer Service - no response, no follow up, no use. I have been told verbally by and in email that the package was out for delivery 3 times now. Still no delivery. Do yourself a favour - avoid.

They rang my buzzer once and they had already left by the time I got downstairs. Now I have to wait until next week to rearrange a delivery just because they weren't even slightly patient! They also won't rearrange for next day (re)delivery which is a real pain. They also didn't try to call my mobile number which I left with the sender. I needed the package contents this weekend, and it's quite disappointing that I will have to double up my purchase because of impatience.

Decided to not deliver (next day delivery) perishable goods on a Friday and kept them in a non refrigerated warehouse over the weekend and deliver on a Monday. These, now out of date, items are now sat in my porch as no one is home to accept the delivery. The parcel was required for Mother's Day (a Sunday as you all know) so delivering on a Monday was of absolutely no use... even more so as the food is now out of date Avoid at all costs

Missed delivery and booked a redelivery online and also called customer service to confirm redelivery date. Waited in all day - no delivery! Called customer service and was assured delivery would take place the following day, item still not delivered!

Absolutely useless! They did not leave a card or email with details so i managed to find the re-schedule delivery page on their website which doesn't work!!! I then tried to contact there office which says they are also shut! I ordered an expensive plant that will most likely die if i wait until Monday next week to redeliver. Very fustrated with the service.
