“Ordered two Advent calenders on 28th Nov and paid for next day delivery on both. One recipient received their's 4days late and the other 6 days late. I e-mailed Anorak enquiring about the delivery and have received a refund of the delivery charges. Very pleased with Anorak for their prompt action. We'll done Rechal and the team.”

“Website is quite straightforward, but it would be nice to have a filter to be able to select sizes - very disappointing to love something and go to buy and find it’s not in stock in your size!”

“Rather disappointed to get the towels as an Amazon delivery. Not because it was Amazon per se, but because each of the four items in the Kissing Badgers towel set arrived in an individual plastic bag within the inevitable cardboard box. I think this goes against your eco-friendly ethos.”

“Anorak web site easy to use. Reasonable time for delivery. From the email communication I have received from Anorak it would seem Customer Care would be friendly and efficient . I placed my order online. All contact has been via email. I have had no reason to contact Customer Services directly. I am very pleased my purchase of an adults Gorillas Organic Cotton Sweatshirt. Very comfortable to wear. I haven't yet washed it.”
