“I bought a jumper for my daughter, two sizes because we weren't sure. She was slow in returning the extra one because she has Long Covid. We were given a credit note, our fault so its ok. Unfortunately I haven't been able to find anything to spend it on but did order a top. I spent a total of £59.15. The top wasn't right but the returns portal says that my refund will be just £12.50. It appears they are cancelling my credit note and taking the money. I emailed five days ago asking for clarification and also asking if they would consider a full refund as I really haven't been able to spend it. I've heard nothing. They have no phone number. They are indeed scam artists, avoid!”

“Items received were great, larger than expected so returned both and exchanged one item for a smaller size. Sadly we are a fair few weeks down the line and the replacement has not arrived. I’ve raised it a few times but slow progress and holiday it was for us now long gone. Previous experience of bedding items received has been great quality and dresses the same. So sadly on this occasion the returns and exchange process has let them down.”

“I bought a dress from Anorak and when it arrived it looked nothing like the picture. I’m sending it back for a refund, for which they charge £3. They also don’t refund the postage, which is illegal (‘If you paid for standard delivery when you bought something, the seller has to refund this if you return it’: from https://www.citizensadvice.org.uk/consumer/changed-your-mind/changing-your-mind-about-something-youve-bought). So I’ve now lost £7 from these scam artists. Avoid.”

Hi, I can see you emailed Anorak over the weekend and this morning at 7am you have been issued a full refund for your postage. As stated in our returns policy we do charge a small returns fee of £3 to process any return. Many Thanks Anorak

“This item still has not been received from Royal Mail, it has been in Chelmsford since 6th December which is only 25mins away, so unable to send a review, I know it is out of your control because of the ongoing strikes, but would have thought I would have received it by now, as it was dispatched 30th November!”

“I loved my red heart dress so much that I just had to buy this one & it turns out that I love this one even more. The length on the purple hearts is perfect for my height so it will be a year round wardrobe staple”

“Great service! Love Anorak! Fantastic soft and fluffy towels, well worth the investment and even better to get a bargain in the sale. Have survived the beach and wild swimming expedition as well as daily life. Already have a badgers picnic rug and sleeping bag, all fab quality and will last for years.”

“This is the 2nd set of this bedding I have purchased. My son loves not only the pattern but the softness and feel of the cotton on his skin. He takes great pride in saying how much nicer his bedding is than that of his siblings who haven’t been quite so lucky!”

“Dear Anorak, I want to thank you for creating the most beautiful and perfect picnic blanket! I got the one with swans on it and not only is it just so elegant to look at, the fabric is high quality and I love that the underside is waterproof. I take it to the park with my dog and it's so light and easy to roll up - fits perfectly in my backpack! The fabric is soft yet sleek and so my dog's little shedding just slides right off! I love that - it keeps it looking chic and clean! I must say I'm impressed - and it was made in the EU so I don't have to worry about labor laws. Thank you for creating a lovely, ethical and practical picnic blanket for us! I will be back for more! Best wishes, Jacquie & Lillie (woof!)”

“From searching the web for what I was looking for to finding the Anorak web site, navigating the lovely web site selecting, purchasing , Oder confirmation order notification and delivery. All superb. The lockable boxes are marvellous quality. The attractive bright print finished in top quality brass corners, gasps and locks. There are rings on the gasps where additional small padlock could be added to rack one. A colleague saw mine and is ordering one a document box to keep Will and other important documents locked in. A superb quality product which if bought as a tuck box will change its use as the owner grows. A true 'treasure chest' Thank you Anorak for a professional service and magnificent products.”

“BROUGHT A LOVELY KINGSIZE DUVET SET IN YOUR SALE AND IT ARRIVED VERY QUICKLY AND WAS WELL PACKAGED. THE DEISGN IS FANTASTIC AND THE QUAILITY IS REALLY GREAT. IT FITS PERFECTLY INSIDE A KINGSIZE DUVET. IT ALSO WASHES REALLY WELL AND DOES NOT SEEM TO FADE IN COLOUR. LOVE THE RED FOX DESIGN AND THE GREAT FEEL AND QUAILTY. TOP DUVET COVER.
