Unfortunately and very sadly, customer service is not helpful. They have great product, with fantastic quality but customer service is a lot to be desired. For what has been extreme circumstances in my life, Anorak sadly were not understanding whatsoever in assisting with returns that I still have, when funds were and are very much needed. It is a shame to be left with a sour taste from what is lovely products.

Hi Keira, I have looked into your order history and I can see back in May 2023 you had asked to return items that had been well outside our return policy for sale items. Customer service did try to resolve this problem for you but we had a two month delay getting a response from you. We are sorry but with sale items once the return date is well over due we are unable to accept the product back. We thank you for your positive feedback on your quality of our products and sorry we have not meet all your needs this time. Thanks.

Shocking customer service. Sent me the wrong item. I refunded it (meaning was out of pocket due to the return postage fee) and then had to chase them for my refund before they got it to me. Finally have the money back 2 months after returning the item.

We are so sorry to have disapointed you. We have had a big change of systems and staff here at Anorak and sadly during this period it did effect our efficiency during this period. We are back running at usual speed so do hope we can make a better impression next time as we value all our customer shopping with us.

Pretty disappointed with the customer service and communication. I ordered a bundle two weeks ago and the tracking app says Royal Mail are still waiting for it. I understand these things happen, especially as Christmas is a busy time, but I've since sent two emails to Anaork asking about my order and not heard anything back and there's no phone number to call. Feeling a bit stuck on what to do now.

As an Edit to this review - I am still waiting for a response. Nothing has been resolved. This is shocking customer service. I will never use this company again!! Previous Review: I have emailed several times with no reply. I ordered 2 sets of a bath towel and hand towel but have only received one set. Poor service! A shame as I have ordered towels before and liked the ethos of the company.

Delay in postage but no updates or communication from company. Emailed and received a reply stating refund in progress, next day received another email stating item shipped! When finally received it didn't fit and returned for refund, minus their shipping costs. Overall slow delivery, slow communication from company and I'll buy elsewhere next time.

Hi. I haven't actually seen the product yet. When I ordered, the website somehow populated the address field with an incorrect address from PayPal, whilst Anorak is not necessarily to blame for that, I was disappointed in their response. I realised immediately and tried to find a number to call and cancel. No customer service desk, I emailed urgently and heard back later that it has already been dispatched. I asked what could be done and, basically it was nothing. The email response was kind of rude I thought, and very much 'tough luck' with no attempt to help by calling the delivery service or by telling me I could tell the address to reject the delivery so it got returned. I think companies like Anorak ought to understand that part of their product is the delivery service that they choose and manage. The customer has no control over that. Anyway, overall very disappointed at the customer services

Not happy with the service I received. My order was sent to an old address from three years ago and no one seems to know why or how. Incredibly expensive top that I have paid for but not seen. Customer service doesn’t match cost of the clothing. Will not be buying from them again.

Your stuff is good but you need to stop putting adverts on to my phone, laptop and pc. They are extremely annoying. I won't purchase anything else from you until your adverts stop pestering me.

I bought a jumper for my daughter, two sizes because we weren't sure. She was slow in returning the extra one because she has Long Covid. We were given a credit note, our fault so its ok. Unfortunately I haven't been able to find anything to spend it on but did order a top. I spent a total of £59.15. The top wasn't right but the returns portal says that my refund will be just £12.50. It appears they are cancelling my credit note and taking the money. I emailed five days ago asking for clarification and also asking if they would consider a full refund as I really haven't been able to spend it. I've heard nothing. They have no phone number. They are indeed scam artists, avoid!

I bought a dress from Anorak and when it arrived it looked nothing like the picture. I’m sending it back for a refund, for which they charge £3. They also don’t refund the postage, which is illegal (‘If you paid for standard delivery when you bought something, the seller has to refund this if you return it’: from https://www.citizensadvice.org.uk/consumer/changed-your-mind/changing-your-mind-about-something-youve-bought). So I’ve now lost £7 from these scam artists. Avoid.

Hi, I can see you emailed Anorak over the weekend and this morning at 7am you have been issued a full refund for your postage. As stated in our returns policy we do charge a small returns fee of £3 to process any return. Many Thanks Anorak

Order placed over a month ago. Was told it would be despatched nearly two weeks ago. I’ve sent several emails which are all ignored. Very poor service.

I requested a refund on the 15th may. I had to chase it and provide my return receipt. I thought it had been been processed already but it turns out it’s been done today. That is almost five weeks later. What utterly shocking my customer service. I’m appalled you have got it so wrong. Disgusted Rachel Grigg

Don’t purchase unless you’re going to keep item. The refund and customer service is appalling. Waiting over 4 weeks for a refund to even be processed. No email communication confirming your order has arrived and then taking additional 21 days for your refund to be processed to your account. You have to hound customer service to even find out what is happening. Unless you know the item is going to fit don’t purchase.

Like another reviewer, I returned my items via tracked post. 22 days later no refund, no communication and the phone number is purely voicemail. Appalling customer service. I am still waiting for my £150! Is this a scam? I hope not as I purchased my goods through Joules, with whom Anorak have partnered. Unfortunately Joules are refusing to refund as well.

Unfortunately not a great experience in the end with gaining a refund. I was wowed by the fast sending and the lovely prints. However the cut of the dress was not right. Sending back the items was quite smooth until Anorak receive the order. You get no confirmation, when chasing customer service they don’t reply. It’s a little of a have I’ve been in a scam situation. Now small businesses have a harder challenge in current climate but poor customer service whilst pushing a crowdfunding campaign isn’t going to make you wish to invest, which I probs would of as they have some good products just poor customer service and fast communication.
