“Although I did love the dress Sadly I had to return it as the sleeves were too tight . I did ring and speak to someone at Anorak who suggested I bought the bigger size ,but it cost me £9 to return it ! So could not afford to risk that happening again .”

“Parcel received quite quickly but item returned as too big.2 parcels returned at the same time M&S I have already had the refund . Anorak, no communication ar all,I don't even know if it's been received back.”

“I would have given 5* but I have returned one of 2 dresses purchased and still waiting for acknowledgment and my refund. I am new to this company, I do hope I don’t need to contact them. Acknowledgement of receipt goes a long way to happy customer service.”

“I'm afraid to say that the lobster doormat has ripped already after around a week in use. I picked it up to shake the dust from it and it ripped around 2 inches. I would like to have a replacement if possible or a full refund. Please advise.”

“Love the dress, though had to order a smaller size, really struggled with the return process, as could not download necessary on my phone. Also drop off point inconvenient. One of your competitors use rebound intelligent returns much easier - but still love the dress”

“I was disappointed with the colour and quality of the sleeping bag. I imagined from the computer advertisement that the turquoise would be much brighter and the Tigar’s more bright orange. Sorry to say this. I would send it back for a refund but it is not worth the bother.”

“Delivered in a very timely manner, good quality (though doesn’t feel as good quality as other dresses of this type from other retailers for the price point) but love the print, design and style of the dress. I sized up because this my first purchase and was pleased I did.”

“To be honest I love the pattern so will use the sheet as a top cover but I found the material really rough and not particularly comfortable to sleep in, not sure why as I didn’t expect to experience this with pure cotton”

“I ordered the Erin V Neck leopard midi dress, it looked so lovely on the presenter on this morning show. The dress is gorgeous i love the print, soft feel of dress and sleeve shape. Only drawback is the length it says midi length which would’ve been great on someone very tall but being 5’ 3 it was just far too long. Would have been great to have a choice of dress lengths so unfortunately will have to return 😞”

“Nice cotton towels but everything was individually wrapped in plastic! Shame on you Anorak! Appalling that you have everything wrapped in plastic bags. You should send them unwrapped or in bio bags like your clothes or offer a return for recycling. So disppointed”

“The dress I wanted was out of stock but there was the option to be notified when my size came back into stock. I didn't have to wait long and once it was ordered it came very quickly. It was very nicely & securely packaged.”
