Sadly not great. I was sent the wrong size dress and although the correct item was sent quickly etc, it didn’t suit me. I’ve chased the refund and had no response!!

I ordered 3 items. I item arrived which is a lovely dress. 2 items awaited. Emailed company over 2 weeks ago having waited a week to see if other items arrived. How rude and disrespectful to customers- NO RESPONSE OR EXPLANATION OF WHERE MY ITEMS ARE. Such a shame as I thought I had found a new favourite company

My new anorak set of king size bedding arrived today, it’s the ladybird design. The cotton doesn’t feel as nice as other sets I have so I might return it incase it dies be soften up after the first wash. Fabric feels thinner compared to the other sets I have, the tiger, bee, sunflowers, hedgehogs and swallows which are much better quality especially for the price.

Items received were great, larger than expected so returned both and exchanged one item for a smaller size. Sadly we are a fair few weeks down the line and the replacement has not arrived. I’ve raised it a few times but slow progress and holiday it was for us now long gone. Previous experience of bedding items received has been great quality and dresses the same. So sadly on this occasion the returns and exchange process has let them down.

I really like the products and it is my second order. Unfortunately, it’s been delivered not in 3-5 days but after a month. I was not expecting that delay as the first time, it was delivered very quickly.

I really want to like this company and buy more from them but am put off by their returns system. I returned 3 items in 2 orders over 3 weeks ago and have not heard anything back. The lack of communication and slowness to refund makes me too anxious so unless I’m refunded very soon, I’m very unlikely to order anything again. Which is a shame because I really love the actual products.

Hi Suzanne, Thank you for your review. I can see your international order to Australia was shipped on 06/02 and the tracking updated on 09/02 stating it was leaving the UK. Your order will currently be in transit and will be assessed by customs once it reaches Australia. Hopefully you won't have too much longer to wait until the tracking updates again however we do ask for rest of the world international orders to allow for a month for delivery from shipping date. The jumper is pilling after 1 week. I couldn't believe my eyes. I'm pretty thankful I purchased it in the sale, I would have been so unhappy if I'd paid full price.

Takes a very long time to refund you your monies on returns 2 out of 3 of my items were different shades of blue when they arrived so I was really disappointed. Note - this company uses collect plus who rarely update their Web page and I had to go to 5 different places before the 6th place still took the parcel as they still are doing collectplus.

I love the textile design, the fabric, and cut but the buttons will not stay fastened. I have other clothing from Anorak in the same size, which all fit perfectly and there is about 1-1.25" extra room in the bust and just below. I'm wondering if the holes for the buttons are too large? Disappointed because everything else about the dress is absolutely perfect.

I ordered said cardigan one evening. As soon as I sent it through I realised that I had ordered 8 rather than 16. The next morning I tried to phone to remedy this. No number. I then wrote a quick email. No response. The cardigan got sent. I immediately returned it. No response. I asked for a size 16 to be sent out. I asked for a postage refund. A rather unfriendly message came in return with my name spelled incorrectly. Had to reorder. No postage as my fault. Not the best customer services ever! On the back of that email I have now decided not to reoorder.

We do state on our website that we're unable to guarantee any amendments or cancellations to orders once they’ve been placed as our customer service team work on a 48 hour email response time, but we will try our best! If it’s not possible and you wish to return an unwanted order, you can do so on our returns portal. We cannot add or remove specific items within an order, nor can we change sizes. https://www.anorakonline.co.uk/pages/faq-s As this was not an error we made we were unable to refund the postage. I was initially very happy with my order, but after washing according to the instructions on the label the pyjamas have shrunk and are now uncomforably tight. I have written to Anorak to request a return but have heard nothing back. Disappointed.

Nice item, but didn't fit. Returned 2nd July. Eleven days later, I haven't heard that it's been received and refunded.
