Quick but so efficient, my last 2 orders have had the same issue, re small boxes for 10ml roller balls and 10ml essential oils, although both 10ml they are actually different sizes and who ever is packing these keeps muddling up the order, I have twice had the wrong size boxes delivered and when I emailed never received a response.
Luckily my orders are not very big yet as I am just trialing some new products, but if this was a large order I would be worried.
