“Overall excellent, there are problems occasionally like the wrong product sent but these are dealt with quickly. I also like the new ranges of products like the smelling salts, and the new types of incenses, they are selling really well without any need to advertise.”

“Quick but so efficient, my last 2 orders have had the same issue, re small boxes for 10ml roller balls and 10ml essential oils, although both 10ml they are actually different sizes and who ever is packing these keeps muddling up the order, I have twice had the wrong size boxes delivered and when I emailed never received a response. Luckily my orders are not very big yet as I am just trialing some new products, but if this was a large order I would be worried.”

“I have been a customer of Ancient Wisdom for a couple of months. I always get first class service from them even if there has been the odd hiccup. The website is easy to navigate, they inform you of progress at every step from order to delivery, orders are well packaged in eco friendly packaging, the products are good quality and beautifully made, customer service is prompt and straightforward, the one package I received damaged in transit was replaced with no quibble, the one package I received with an item missing was shipped the same day.I really cannot fault Ancient Wisdom. They make managing stock for my business easy.”

“A very Helpful Company whose Staff go that extra mile to help their Customers. The Company have Great Products at Brilliant Prices. The parcels are so well packed that they arrive safely even down here , many miles away on the South Coast.
