“The delivery was quick and I was very pleased with some of the items such as The crystal jewellery. However I was extremely disappointed with the Zen shower steamers and the aromatherapy bath bombs. I have had a customer return the bath bombs after trying one and found that it had little to no scent on use and as such did not provide an aromatherapy bathing experience. I had a similar complaint regarding the shower steamers as having no scent on use. I now feel I can't sell these and will remove them from My shelves. They are not as described in my opinion and it is my business reputation on the line , as a small business I cannot afford to lose customers due to disappointing products. I have a E mailed A W to ask to return the items and explained why but have not as yet had a response. Not a situation I want to be in as a business new to the local area.”

“This company is brilliant - their products are very well made and thought about. I’ve purchased several times in 2 minyan for my new shop. What was disappointing is last month loads of starter display items all of a sudden were out of stock then they were available at 40% more cost. Shipping is high unless you spend over £300 which sometimes I just need to restock and don’t need or can afford £300 to get free shipping. Delivery is fast though and I live in the Isle of Wight - wish they did more loyalty bonuses for regular customers.”
