“Excellent products and fast delivery. However, the shipment cannot be tracked, and 1/4 of my orders were either wrong or received not my order. I asked for a tracking number via email, and I got a reply after four days (on this day, the parcel was already delivered and returned due to another mistake).”

“Ancient Wisdom continues to amaze! Over a weekend I was placing an order. Had a query phoned AW Monday morning; the query was resolved within a matter of minutes and I then placed my order. My order was delivered on the following Thursday - 430 miles away from Sheffield. Great customer service.”
