“I recently bought a selection of himalayan salt products and found the order was delt with quickly, the packaging was excellent (had to be with the way the courier threw them about). The only criticism is the boxes the lamps come in could do with being stronger especially for the larger lamps.”

“Ancient Wisdom reflects some of my ethics in production, and I am happy to do business with them. My only criticism is the lack of product training for the customer care team. I have often heard the "I don't understand" when asking quite lightweight technical questions. Also when I had faulty goods, the onus was not on the care team to sort it out, but for me to sort it out. They just let down the owner's attention to detail and care.”

In terms of faulty items our procedure is to ask for photos of the damages/ faults so that we can sort it out without asking our customers to spend extra time and effort having to return the goods. “There is good and not so good here but easy to pass blame, all at AC handled it quickly and efficiently and a solution was found. I ordered one of your big Yoga Gongs which arrived and was gorgeous..........but i couldn't assemble it, the notches were not in alignment either on the top half or the bottom bar. As it was such a big item it was a pain to have to pack up and send back but i couldn't sell it on either in that condition. Your staff at AC couldn't have been more understanding and we soon found a solution that suited all concerned so thank you for sorting...... I will be ordering another one as i have had nothing but praise and positive comments for the first one - so fingers crossed”
