“Product review wax melts. I received two which are bordering on rancid- lavender fields and lemon harvest. Got complaints from clients and tried them myself. Lavender definite, lemon has funny after scent. Won't be buying those again. The Japanese magnolia is divine and here comes my biggest biggest complaint. So much is always out of stock. I wait for one item to come back and then everything else I want to order is oos. I have to look at your website everyday even when I ask to be emailed when something is back in stock Very frustrating. Great range of items.”

“I purchased the large resin cement mix Buddha and fish frog etc . And asked if they are ok outside, I was told yes they just weather like stone, it also says for outside on the web site. First frost we had and the paint starts blistering and lifting off all over. BUY THIS AT YOUR PERIL. Utter rubbish. Not fit for purpose”

Hi Chris, I do apologise that you are disappointed with the quality of our Buddhas but we think we can solve this problem. We supply extra colour mix to take care of the cracks and blisters that appears over the winter season. “I placed my first order just prior to Christmas; not anticipating its arrival prior to the New Year. I was staggered to receive it on Christmas Eve. The delivery method was excellent & very efficient. The items were well packaged & great quality. I must have missed the details of the small order charge but this is probably an oversight on my part. I will be back after Christmas for some more goodies & will try to avoid this next time.”

“Brilliant products and prices backed up by superb customer service. I placed an order on the Wednesday before the final weekend of shopping before Christmas and asked if it would be at all possible for it to be delivered to receive my order by Friday as I was desperately low on stock. I was over the moon when my order arrived by lunchtime on Friday allowing to fully stock my shelves in time for the busiest weekend of the year. Thanks everyone at AW”

“The website is really good it could use features such as "new lines" and clearer clearance. Sometimes you need to search and search to find what you are looking for in comparison to something different wholesale. Customer service team are fantastic inc online message chat. Would love to see more Wicca/occult products inc tarot and altar tools and herbs”

“Great products and great prices. Constructive comment would be I was dissapointed the note I left regards gold lids wasn't considered. I didn't understand that the lids didn't come with the glass bottles (which in itself I find a little frustrating) so I asked for gold lids in the notes on the order and I got nothing back even to advise I'd misunderstood the process. Which meant I had 12 gold bottles with no lids that I couldn't use at the fair I bought the items for so missed out. Other than that every other part of your site, staff and service was great and I think I would use you again. Thank you”
