Good company to deal with. Deliveries are usually actioned quickly and efficiently. Delays at peak trading periods as you would expect. Some damages, but overall well packaged. I have used the bulk and dropshipping options. My main suggestion would be if there are OOS products, could we be told about it. It currently doesn't show on the web order and the refund email just shows a value being credited to my card. Now I am waiting wondering what is coming and what is not. Just a line on the notification email would be great. Also a previous reviewer spoke of CSV feeds for stock on the drop shipping site, I agree the more information me the sellers have the better. The more we can sell. Some of the drop shipping prices are very high so there is very little margin left, but the service is good. Lesa
