“I thought that when i ordered the soap wrapped, they would be individually wrapped, not 13 slices in one wrapping. I'm concerned that this way they don't have the ingredients on each bar of soap, and no I dont have time to copy and stick the copies on.”

“Price are very competitive however, when I received the delivery, the bottles were covered in dust. Also took me ages to unwrap everything because of the type of wrap that you use...way to much. One bottle of the Round Antique in Charcoal was faulty ( the charcoal fading was only on was side of the bottle) and can't be sold. Overall I'm please and I would be from you again”

Hello, Thank you for leaving us a review - it's muchly appreciated. I am sorry you experienced some issues with your order. Would you be able to send us a photo of the faulty bottle, please? And please let us know if you'd like a replacement or a credit for it. As to the dust - many apologies for this; I will take this up with our warehouse manager. We switched from biodegradable bubble wrap to honeycomb paper - we do need to use a little more of it in order to protect fragile items in transit but it's much better for the environment, however I passed your comment to our warehouse team as well. “Brilliant company. Had an issue where two items hadn't arrived, so I sent a message to customer care, who apologised quickly and refunded my account quickly. Other than this, I rarely have any problems. Great quality products. Would recommend!”
