“I've bought stock from Ancient Wisdom for many years without any issue. Always prompt delivery, I get notifications for tacking etc so I know when it will arrive. “Products I bought for years are suddenly are suddenly not available , twice now in in 2 weeks in I've ordered something and I got refund as it wasn to in stock although it said I to was. I emailed asking if I could preorder as that is acberised on my website and got no response. I've used aw for years and only be recently had probs getting my stock or products”

Hi, Thank you for leaving us a review. I'm really sorry that we have been unable to fulfil the entirety of your recent orders. Unfortunately due to worldwide supply shortages and ongoing shipping delays that are out of out control, it is becoming increasingly more difficult to obtain stock and due to this, we are unable to accept pre-orders. I can see that the items you have been refunded for currently have a purchase order in place with the supplier that is scheduled to complete around the beginning of next year. We advise in our terms and conditions that we will automatically process a refund for any out of stock items that are less than 20% of the order total and that if you would like us to contact you on every out of stock item then we need to be notified of this. If you would like us to notify you on every out of stock item, please let us know via email, call, online chat or whatsapp and we will be more than happy to do this for you.
