“Keeping the clock for my friends birthday, which is next week, so have not yet tried her with it, but she has been asking for a talking clock for some time to combat her failing memory and eyesight. I believe she has seen someone else using one so hopefully it will be fine! Because of this, I can't really make further comments on its usefulness at the moment! But your service was excellent and I would have every confidence in recommending you to others. Many thanks!”

“Although I needed the products for Australia, Tom was extremely helpful and organised the right connections for me. I was kept informed of the availability of the products I requested and they arrived quickly I would like a day clock that I could reset the times that it changes from night to day as my mother has always risen early and the changing at 7am is too late for her. However, Tom was going to pass on my request and I am confident if they can manufacture something like this I will be notified. Thanks again for the great service.”
