“bought for my brother who has vascular dementia to make life a little easier for him. Arrived promptly but with power plug broken. After a phone call a new one was sent to me which arrived the next day. Brother seemed pleased with gift and looked very nice.”

“Se revived this item in a good time frame, excited to try it out for mt grandad who suffers with severe dementia. Before we even managed to take it to him, the product is falling apart, string from the inside is fraying and unwinding. Very upset that this product was not up to standard and has now left us unable to give this to him which we were hoping could help maintain his frustrated behaviour. We will be sending this product back, as first time buyers from this site we will not be returing.”
