“great product, great service, fast shipping in europe”

“The sheep dog picture provoked an interesting conversation about dogs and farms. The pieces were solid enough to withstand manhandling.”

“The phone has large numbers and 3 progammable keys that you can put a photo in. It was very easy to program the numbers. The only downside is that the engagement of the mouth/earpice on the base unit is not quite secure enough. It may be easy to inadvertantly leave it 'off the hook'.”

“Great radio, clarity of sound excellent, day to tune and set volume. Perfect product for anyone with dementia. The only negative we have is that the cover on the front hiding the controls was VERY hard hard to take off. We had to resort to a thin sharp knife to prise it off.”

“I bought this cat for my mum who suffers with Alzheimer's and vascular dementia she already has one of your dogs and that her permanent companion. She asked a for a cat and I immediately ordered one from you which mum loves the only thing wrong is that there is no on and off switch this is the only thing that needs changing”
