“Purchased this for my dad who has dementia and struggles with anything technical. The photo recognition is good although this can also be replaced with simply writing the name of the person you want to ring. Found the setting up of the handset a little confusing but got there eventually. The sound is very good and he is managing to use it.”

“Bought this radio for my mothers 90th Birthday.She is partially sighted and was getting very confused with the knobs on her old one.Its the best thing that I could have bought her.It is brilliant and she shows it off to anyone who visits!”

“This reasonably priced toy arrived very quickly. It looks really cute and the “breathing” is convincing. I wanted it for my Dad, who has Alzheimer’s. He had just gone into a care home and needed comforting. When he saw it his whole face lit up and he started to talk to it and stroke it. I see the same response every time we place it on his lap in its basket. Definitely recommend this product.”

“I ordered a spare key, as a just in case. I did not check the postage costs and did not realise that the default was for a next day delivery. So I paid over the odds for delivery! The products I have bought (TabTime and spare tray) have been great. This product was for my mother who was diagnosed with dementia last year. It has taken all the guesswork out of taking her medication and saved me a lot of stress.”

“Instructions are poorly translated into English and not easy to understand, needed a tracking SIM to set it up, battery to big for sensor had to break a clip to fit the sensor together, not easy to set up. That said it does what's needed without the user having to do anything more than break the sensor beam for everyone to know they are ok - just hope it continues to work ok for years to come.”

“My mother had trouble remembering the Day and also seeing the time because her eyesight is going, so we saw this clock on the Alzheimer's website and now she can see both the day and time with this clock, she liked it so much she wanted another one for her bedroom. Now see knows the day and time when she wakes up. I would definitely would recommend this clock for people with poor sight and memory.”

At first we thought this was an expensive item & we didn't really know how he would cope or react to it, but we soon realised this was the best buy ever. “We bought this for my dad, as he kept forgetting to take his medication. It's good, he says it has a good loud alarm and you can set it for up to 4 reminders a day. My only issue with it is that after following the instructions carefully, we still couldn't record our own message which would have been nicer for dad as apposed to a loud alarm noise, but apart from that it's doing the job nicely.”
