“We found the site while looking for a TV control for my mother who has just been diagnosed with Alzheimer's , We found the one we thought would suite her best and ordered it, they kept us informed by e-mail and the item was delivered ahead of time by the postal service, We are very pleased with the item and it has helped to lessen the confusion for my mother. Will definitely look at this site again when requiring other items. Have no hesitation in recommending this site. Many Thanks”

“Sorry for delay in feedback - life! Just to say that the remote works! As you suggested, I took it to the store (John Lewis) where two young assistants got it working with the selected set in 5 mins. We bought the set (from stock) then tried the remote and it worked on the new tv straight out the box with no reprogramming. Very impressed. My father is happily operating the tv on his own and its a complete success. So thanks for a great product plus your service and customer care is fantastic. It was wonderful to know you were there to help if needed and would take the remote back if it didn't work.”

“My dad is having problems using 2 different remote controls for the tv and sky systems he has. He often ends up with the wrong source on the TV and this is very frustrating for him. I bought the simple remote control thinking if he pressed "on" - it would switch both systems on but it doesn't. Unfortunately, he is still having problems. However the delivery service was fantastic - the product arrived the next day after ordering. I will use this website again.”

“We were looking for products that would assist my elderly mother improve her ability to cope with her worsening Alzheimer's condition. This company's focus is on such products which are selcted and designed to support familities in this difficult time of life. We have so far bought the clocks whose displays make it very easy to understand the day and time as well as the time of day, a blessing to my mother who can better relate to the various "appointments" such as meals, doctors etc and to her family (no more midnight calls and such). Being in Australia there was a natural concern about product compatibility (eg electrical plugs), payment (internatioal) and of course delivery (reliability and packaging). ALL concerns proved unwarranted. It as easy , if not easier, to order, pay for and receive product than had we gone to the local shops. Quite a remarkable situation really given the company is literally on teh other side of the world! A highly recommended service oriented product focussed company.”
