“We were unsure at first because you can hear mechanical noises with every movement. However my mum was delighted to receive this as a birthday gift - in fact she said this was her best present. Fantastic design. Thank you.”

We're sorry to hear that our customer was unhappy with the price and quality of the Simple Music Player they purchased from us. As a retailer our pricing greatly depends on how much the manufacturer's charge us for their products. We do try to keep our pricing as low as possible, we remain very price competitive in our market sector and our profit margins are extremely low. The quality of this product remains high and faults are extremely rare. We do have a 30 day returns policy, so the music player can be returned for a refund if it is not suitable. Please contact our customer service team and we'll be happy to get this booked into our system.

“The flipper remote control works. The two main points are: the set up was not that easy (for a person without Alzheimer’s) and blocking other channels to limit the number you cycle through hasn’t worked.”

“bought this for my sister,she,s got vascular dementia,so it was ideal for her as she likes cats, and good for her hands as she is always messing with her fingers,so cute it looks real and the purring is good .”

“The overall appearance of the kitten is lovely but it could be much more cuddly. The head is very hard and lumpy and unpleasant to stroke. Hard plastic nose not great. Purring feature is good. My brother enjoys looking at it on his window sill and it gives his room a homely feel.”

“Service was excellent and lowest price that have seen this selling for. Actual product is a bit boring and not quite what I expected (gift for grandaughter who is dachshund mad). A motor runs and inflates a diaphragm slightly, probably will remove the battery and it will get used as a plush toy as not sure there is any point to the 'breathing' side of the toy.”
