“My 96 year old Grandma doesn’t have alzheimers but she can’t see very well and she is understandably rubbish at technology. This is the best Christmas present I will give or receive this year. She could only listen to the radio, but this music system has given her choice and made her a little independent while listening to songs that make her eyes shine with the memories. Easy to load and easy for her to work. Perfect!”

“the phone arrived very quickly. I wish the photo buttons had openable flaps to place a photo in more easily, or remove the existing picture. All works well, although Mum currently says she doesn't like it. I think this is because it's new, and that she will feel easier after a while,”

“The reason for purchasing this phone was the picture buttons and yet the instructions for these were brief, poor and confusing. After wasting quite a bit of time over a weekend telephone support on Monday was excellent and solved the problem. The transparent covers for each button are difficult to remove and easy to damage and the frosted/textured finish makes the images harder to see. The app for printing the correct size images is cumbersome and the images it prints are too big meaning yet more messing about cropping images to get them correct.”

“The paint project book is great. I bought it for my grandad who has ways loved painting. I bought it for a Christmas present but unfortunately it was poorly packaged and arrived very dog eared. I requested a new one and emphasized that it needed better packaging. The second one is acceptable, but I really think you need to reconsider the packaging of paper back books. Bubble wrap might help...”
