“I am not normally write reviews as English is not my first language.This is my second, I am 55, I bought first one 6 months. I found very good for me to use. It’s not only easy but it’s strong , secured , more keys can get it and look slim Modern but the number are big enough to my eyes. Recommended specially who not really in new technology much. Seem good quality so far so good.”

“This is the second diary I have bought for my Mum who loves it. She has difficulty remembering dates now so this is an excellent way of alerting her to events coming up. It's easy for her to access and she doesn't have to get embarrassed by forgetting dates.”

“Its truly easy for people with dementia to use. Totally recommend it on that basis. On the other hand there's some things you should expect: I needed a usb to usb cable which I had to borrow off a friend Look on Google for some good instructions - only instructions that come with it are very basic and certainly we needed more. The same friend had to help me move music off my Apple PC (iTunes) to convert them to MPG3 format, which is what the player uses. This wasn't easy. maybe it is if you're really PC familiar Allow time for the conversion and transfer - we were thinking it wasn't working but in fact it was taking a good 45 minutes to get about 250 tracks onto the player. Balance the sound if possible before transfer - some tracks ended up too loud and some too quiet - the volume control is deliberately not easily accessible.”

“I purchased A Dementia friendly clock for my 94 year old Mum who was getting REALLY confused with regard to days of the week and dates. The clock is great as it sits right in front of her and is crystal clear to read and understand. It has been a great help and I would heartily recommend it to anyone”
