“Bought big flipper remote for father in law who confused with 2 controls and git confused and couldnt watch channels he wanted, this remote has been a god send .He has his 25 channels locked in ,so he us very happy .Customer service is absolutely excellent, will be using again.”

“I purchased a dayclox for my mum a few months ago for her living room. She has found it a huge help and says she would be lost without it. She has dementia and gets very confused as to what time of day etc it is but now this at least is clearer for her. I have just purchased another one for her bedroom.”

“Hi, I bought the dayclox 8 for my 93 year old mother who is highly techno phobic and won't even use a microwave. She has however expressed delight at being able to see the properly written day and date from her usual seat. I liked the way it came on at exactly the right time and date without any adjustment needed.”

“Hacing seen white on black clock in the home of a dear old friend who has great memory loss, my wife thought it would be good for me as my memory is now playing daily tricks although a recent review at our GP practice did not reveal anything alarming or needing intervention. So I got the red white and blue version and am very pleased with it! Frequently I am awake in the night and this lovely device lights up both dining room and kitchen as it hangs in an open serving hatch - brilliant!”

“This tablets organiser is wonderful. It has lots of space and very good sized compartments. I don’t take any tablets at lunch time, so I just put the two dividers together which made plenty of room for the breakfast compartment as that’s when I take the majority of my daily pills. I highly recommend this product.”

“ordered clock came on time, wasn't suitable for my needs, contacted Alz, spoke to tom who sorted out a clock that i needed. Tom gave me a refund on original item. The new one came & was exactly what i needed.Would certainly use this company again.”

“Being very simple to operate, the remote was initially time consuming in the set up / links to TV and SKY box. The unit requires a little patience when browsing channels; if the +/- buttons are pressed too quickly, or the unit is not pointed directly at the box, the SKY box only picks up half the code. This leads to more patience required to wait while the box resets itself. This is okay for anyone who understands what is happening. However, not for an elderly person who is used to the instantaneous response of TV / SKY remotes.”
