“The product itself is superb .... But it arrived today and I've plugged it in and my father john who has Alzheimer's is thrilled with it ..... On close inspection it has a small crack in one corner of the digital clock ... It works ok and will be an enormous help to my father....... But he s so excited about it .... To have to send it back and then wait for a replacement will cause upset .... I'm happy to keep the product as it is but at a reduced price ... I can send a photo of it . Regards Debbie Thomas”

“This clock does the job well. It was easy to install (just plug it in) and very clear to view. Arrived on time as well. The only thing is I wish it changed the hour in autumn and spring as this will be an issue when those times arrive.”

“I bought a wall clock with day and date as well as time. Thought it was too large to start with but it's size means my mother can't help but see it. It is helping her orient to which day and month she is in. Arrived well packed and using Parcel Force, so that, although we were not in, it was very easy to collect.”

“easy to programme and use and very pleased with it a mute key for sound would be useful, and also a key to get you back to square one (ie if on channel 100, a lot of clicking is needed to get back to channel 1 !!) not sure if either of these are possible, regards hugh barlow”
