“I bought the One Button Radio for my 90 year old mother who is partially sighted and has memory issues when it comes to using technology. Her life has been quite quiet recently because she hasn't been able to activate her TV or stereo so the One Button Radio was just what I've been looking for. She loves it and feels that she's able to keep up-to-date with the news and has a bit of company in the house again. I think that this product should also be advertised on the RNIB website because it would certainly benefit anyone who has sight issues.”

When I raised this with the helpline, there was a software and hardware update needed which they duly applied during a Teams call the following day. It now works really well but it is worth everyone checking that they are getting the version with the current software and hardware.”
