There was an issue with my purchase due to a button on the website offering a discount which no longer exists. It necessitated several phone calls, and there was also an issue with the delivery of my item. It has been my experience overall however that the customer service is good; especially in relation to information and support related to the products themselves about which the company are extremely knowledgeable. As regards the issues with this order, it was efficiently resolved with good communication and a small discount offered for the future.

Although I ordered an IQ Air HealthPro 150 Air Purifier I was sent IQ Air HealthPro 250 Air Purifier in error. As I had it all set up before I discovered the error and was offered the choice of keeping it or having it changed I decided to keep it.. It has worked very well and the air quality in my flat has certainly improved.. I am a bit concerned that the replacement filters for the 250 may be more expensive than the ones for the 150 when the time comes to replace them.

In regard to your concern about the filter cost: for average usage we would expect the pre-filter of the HealthPro 250 to last about 12-18 month and the Hyper HEPA filter 3-4 years. Through the use of the sophisticated timer function of the IQAir HealthPro models you can set the unit up to go on and off at particular times and speed settings, and thus further optimise filter life.
