“Really pleased with the ease of purchasing and delivery speed. Haven't used them yet but know from prior use they are excellent. Gave 4 star's and not 5 as contacted by fraudulent text day after order but before delivery telling me my door number has been missed off address and so I needed to put payment through again. I didn't and of course it probably had nothing to do with your site, but maybe the delivery service?”

After contacting you, we looked into this with our couriers and they assured us that it didn't come from them or their driver and it was just an unfortunate coincidence that you received that text when you did. “Unhelpful customer service from Jayson - didn't have the human decency to call to speak to me, never had received the item, will not be purchasing from the company ever again. I paid for the item and never received, assured me would help but nothing. I would rather use a reputable reliable company and not recommend this to anyone based on my personal experience. Allergy Cosmos denying all repsonisibilty. Very disappointed.”
