“Im well past retirement age and ordered a new IQAir filter. I received excellent online service with prompt delivery. Instructions to fit and reset the filter calculator were included and easy to follow. Thankyou.”

“Always reliable brand, and this bundle keeps us all happy. The dogs went to the groomer with the shampoo and they were very happy with it (both the groomer and the dogs!) The detergent is a long time favourite and all set to use with our new machine. Not used the spray yet but we expect good things.”

“Filter delivered very quickly, good price too. Only negative was the box was slightly damaged when delivered. Filter itself was in perfect condition. Filter installed and working fine, no odd smells from first use. Very pleased with service.”

“Products are easy to use and have not stained or discolored carpet or clothes. The rooms smell fresh and the spray and carpet powder don’t have an unpleasant smell of chemicals. I treated carpet, furniture, curtains and bedding. Time will tell if it makes a difference to my allergies.”

“Did not arrive. Despite not needing a signature, DPD in their infinite wisdom delivered to my local post office, which is only open while I'm at work. Allergy cosmos refunded the item but not the postage.”

There is normally an option through the tracking number to instruct the driver to leave parcels in a safe space so we have contacted DPD to confirm whether this option was made available on this occasion. Hi Louis, We looked into this for you as quickly as possible with the courier and they explained that they attemtped delivery the day after your order but you were unavailable. After attemtping delivery they took it to your local post office, which they notified you of in the tracking details. Due to the difficulty in you retrieving it, we sent out a replacement with another courier. We have now received confirmation that you have received it and hope everything is ok.
