“Did not arrive. Despite not needing a signature, DPD in their infinite wisdom delivered to my local post office, which is only open while I'm at work. Allergy cosmos refunded the item but not the postage.”

There is normally an option through the tracking number to instruct the driver to leave parcels in a safe space so we have contacted DPD to confirm whether this option was made available on this occasion. Hi Louis, We looked into this for you as quickly as possible with the courier and they explained that they attemtped delivery the day after your order but you were unavailable. After attemtping delivery they took it to your local post office, which they notified you of in the tracking details. Due to the difficulty in you retrieving it, we sent out a replacement with another courier. We have now received confirmation that you have received it and hope everything is ok. “For the first time of all purchases, this is not a 5 star review…usually orders were received the next day but it seems that courier delivery has been switched from DPD to Parcelforce and it was longer than any prior order.”
