“I was extremely impressed by Allcott Associates from beginning to end. Mr Allcott carried out a very comprehensive Specific Defects Survey on my roof which he then explained to me in detail. I later received a digital copy of the survey and also a very professional looking glossy brochure format. The survey has proved invaluable in supporting a legal claim regarding serious structural defects in the roof on my new home. Sincere thanks to one and all.”

“After our original surveyor cancelled at last minute, found Allcott thru search engine - the fact they promoted detailed building survey, had an example of one on their site was a real differentiator for choosing them. We emailed some queries and they came back later that night which was great and could also carry it out in tight timescales. We had some questions when it came back and the named surveyor was really helpful in explaining in more detail and allaying our concerns. Would use them again and recommend them.”
