“We had David Allcott come out to give us calculations for a steel. He was on time, polite, quick and happy to answer all the questions we had, in a way that we as non builders understood. The calculations came back quickly and we had a couple of queries we emailed over that were answered immediately. I also found the support staff very helpful and friendly when booking in the appointment. We haven’t carried out the works yet but I’m confident should we have any more questions we can go back to them and they will answer them. Would highly recommend!”
