“I was very pleased with the service provided by Allcott Associates, the report was provided to me very rapidly. I was able to call the surveyor for the heads up about the property before the report was given to me, which was fantastic. I also received a very quick response from the surveyor when I queried a detail on the report (not a problem with the report, I was unsure about a detail due to my lack of knowledge about roofs. This was answered very quickly & professionally). Overall great service. In my future property endeavours, I will definitely be using Allcott Associates. Thank you.”

“We had a level 3 survey carried out on an old property we were looking to purchase. The survey was very detailed and full of advice but also easy to read through. We recieved the report in a very short timescale from the initial survey date. Will definately use Allcott Associates LLP again. 1st class service.”

“The service was delivered quickly with a quick turn around, the surveyor was very good, pleasant and knew what he was talking about. The only drawback from my point of view is that I don't do well with computers so would have preferred a hard copy of the report.”

“Excellent response time following my enquiry - and, due to cancellation, the actual survey happened on that same day. Survey was detailed, thorough, and well organised in it's presentation which made the whole process of digesting the results very easy to do. Highly recommended if you want all the gory details of your intended purchase. 10/10”

“I was first introduced to this company when I was selling my property. I had an amazing experience from Simon Brassington, He takes so much pride in his work, and took time to answer any questions and provided me with options available. So when I purchased my new property I had no hesitation to instruct this company. The customer service was outstanding and the product report was exactly what I was looking for. The choice of reports available was clear and instruction requests very easy to complete. Simon Brassington again provided me with an informative report. I only have praise for this company and would highly recommend”
