“Allcott Associates LLP are a class act - prompt service, in depth and experienced, personable inspector (Stuart) and did not cost the earth for a dual service house valuation/structural survey. I am impressed as I believe that level of service to be the norm and I would not hesitate to recommend your services for anyone needing the same sort of evaluation.”

“We received a comprehensive Level 3 survey from Paul Barrett. It was easy to read and any questions we had were answered quickly by Paul. The price was good and we received the survey report very quickly after it was carried out. We would certainly recommend Allcott Associates.”

“Written reports with photographs provide a useful tick sheet for work that needs doing and the cost estimates for repairs on my proposed buy were very handy. Most important, the ability to talk the survey through with the surveyor was most valuable. It confirmed what I thought would need doing and made me confident to proceed with the purchase.”

“Contacted Allcott and received a quote back immediately. Price seemed fair for the quality you seemed to get based on the reviews. Booked the survey in, received confirmation straight away, and again on day of survey. Once completed I had another confirmation and the full detailed report was emailed a day later. The communication if first class and I found the report from the surveyor detailed with relevant and helpful information. 100% would use again.”

“I was extremely impressed by Allcott Associates from beginning to end. Mr Allcott carried out a very comprehensive Specific Defects Survey on my roof which he then explained to me in detail. I later received a digital copy of the survey and also a very professional looking glossy brochure format. The survey has proved invaluable in supporting a legal claim regarding serious structural defects in the roof on my new home. Sincere thanks to one and all.”

“After our original surveyor cancelled at last minute, found Allcott thru search engine - the fact they promoted detailed building survey, had an example of one on their site was a real differentiator for choosing them. We emailed some queries and they came back later that night which was great and could also carry it out in tight timescales. We had some questions when it came back and the named surveyor was really helpful in explaining in more detail and allaying our concerns. Would use them again and recommend them.”
