“My only complaint is how long I had to wait to get scheduled. Being that busy is an indication of how popular they are. My survey was thorough and helpful in making decisions about my home purchase.”

“To be honest I wondered if a survey was worth the cost, but the outputs considered many items, and it was re-assuring to know a professional had looked at them. The report was easy enough to read, without being stuffed with copy and paste non-bespoke information. The conclusions were clear. The survey was organised quickly, and report arrived within a few days. Questions answered. Good service.”

“I can’t recommend Allcott Associates enough. They went above and beyond to assist in a particularly awkward mortgage application, our lenders were being over cautious but luckily for us Peter Mallinson MRICS was on hand in and out of hours to advise, secondly the administrative staff were exception, prompt, professional and helpful, the easiest five stars I’ll ever give.”

“We requested a level 3 survey due to concerns pertaining to the house we bought which unfortunately were not picked up by the previous surveyor who had done the survey (prior to the purchase). Chris Duncan did the visit and the report and we are very pleased with Chris work. Chris did a thorough inspection and took the time to answer all our questions providing helpful information based on his knowledge. Chris was very professional. The report is detailed and was promptly sent. Thank you”
