“The team made the process very straightforward and delivered beyond expectations, clearly showcasing their experience in dealing with complex and unique situations. “I used Alcott’s to survey a house I was planning to buy, they were very thorough in their inspection whilst also being reasonably priced (I’d gotten some very expensive quotes from other surveyors which felt a little unrealistic). They recommended a full building survey based off of the age of the property and I’m glad they did as they were able to find structural issues that would’ve cost me a lot of money to fix had i gone ahead with the house purchase. Obviously I was gutted to not be moving ahead with the house but not as gutted as I’d have been if I’d found these things out later! I have recommended Allcotts to friends of mine that are also currently looking to buy.”

“There were plenty of useful comments and advice which confirmed my opinions of the poor quality of my new garage roof, which was causing damage to the existing timbers which were constantly wet. Prior to the survey the roofers did not take my complaints seriously, the survey helped. I was also able to ask questions of the surveyor after receiving my survey, and was able to decide what to do next.”

“I used Allcott Associates as their reviews were excellent. It was easy to get a quote on line although it took a bit longer than we expected to get the survey done but that was because they were booked up for several weeks and I left it for a few days before booking the survey. However that was not a problem and I am glad we waited rather than go to someone else just because they could do it quicker. The report arrived very quickly and was very detailed with supporting photographs and recommendations. I have no hesitation in giving them a 5 star rating and I am very happy recommending them. That were very professional and worth what we paid. Just remember to book the survey as early as you can to avoid disappointment.”
