“The surveyor was punctual and very professional. The report was detailed and pertinent. I had a follow up question and the surveyor actually answered, even though at time of receipt of the email, he was not in the office for a few days.”

“Allcott were very fast to reply to my enquiry and arranged a date to conduct the survey as agreed. A full professional report was then provided which was thorough and easy to read. This helped me in understanding the condition of the property I am looking to purchase and understand the works required - which then helped me to renegotiate the price of house purchase to cover the required repairs. Excellent report, excellent customer service. Even when I asked late in the evening regarding the report and potential for extension, my surveyor explained my options. Very pleased with the service provided for a fair fee.”

“I was recommended Allcott's by Inside Homes in Southam. Getting a quote was very simple and fast. The team managed all the booking with the property owners. There was a switch in my need, which was handled well. An appointment was arranged quicker than expected due to a cancellation slot and a very clear and detailed report was provided. All timings met and communication was very clear. Would recommend and use again. Thank you!”
