“A colleague recommended a visit as I had suffered plantar fasciitis in the past. I was early for my appointment but was attended to straight away. I went for biometrics and scan which proved very helpful. I was shown and tried various shoes and was not pushed toward the top end rather, what worked for me best. I would recommend this to anyone Thank you”

“I made an appointment for Tuesday 03/01/23 for a custom insole fitting further to my suffering from plantar fasciitis primarily in my right foot. I travelled over to Portsmouth from the Isle of Wight and was attended to very promptly and efficiently by the assistant (Luke). I purchased a pair of Superfeet ME3D inner soles and was informed that the anticipated delivery time was between 2 to 3 weeks. They would be posted 1st. Class upon arrival to my home address on the Isle of Wight, preceded by a confirmatory telephone call. I received the telephone call on Thursday 12/01/23 (9 days after my appointment) advising that the soles had been received and would be posted 1st. Class on that day. They arrived at my home address on Friday 13/01/23 which was a 'godsend' as I was able to wear them in a badminton tournament over 2 days on 14/01/23 and 15/01/23. They were absolutely fine and essentially enabled me to participate in the tournament - very grateful. Thanks again.”
