“I arrived early for my appointment but was seen straight away. My gait assessment was very informative and thorough. My assessor, David, explained each aspect of the assessment and provided clear answers to my questions.”

“Booked an appointment online which was easy to do Saw Sam on the day I explained the problems I was having with osteoarthritis in my big toe . After the assessment Sam knew exactly What type of running shoe I required. tried some on and an hour later walked out with a really comfortable pair of shoes which met my needs . Great experience and not rushed at all I would highly recommend Alexandra Sports..”

The service felt very personalised, everything was explained simply, and I felt reassured that the shoes I was getting were the right choice. Great that the cost of gait analysis is taken off the final purchase cost, and that they do military discount.”

The man who served me spent a lot of time with me, ensuring all the correct measurements were taken, my running style analysed and my goals understood. He offered me a number of different shoes to try, without overwhelming me with choice and without hurrying me to make a decision. I'm delighted with the Saucony's I purchased & may even be back later for a pair of the speed ones too!”

“Was sent by Podiatrist for gait analysis. Made a same-day appointment online and after a thorough test was recommended a choice of shoes. They did not have size, but ordered and kept us informed, shoes arrived promptly and we went for a fitting and pick up. All staff were efficient and professional.”
