“Excellent helpful and understood us ( as usual)”

Helpful Report

“Fantastic care and attention to help me find a great pair of trainers to get back into running. Would highly recommend the gait analysis/biomechanics service as well as the knowledge of their range of products.”

Helpful Report

“Very knowledgeable and helpful, thank you. Pete warren.”

“Walked in and was seen straight away. The gentleman serving me was fantastic, very knowledgeable. He took me through the foot scan and 2 other tests explained everything to me throughly, then selected 3 trainers that fit the bill. I'm a postie so I needed something waterproof and for all terrains. I'm extremely happy with my trainers I now have and would definitely use the Christchurch shop again!”

Helpful Report

“Great service. Bought trail shoes - Brooks Cascadia. Went for a 5k straight out of the box and couldn't be happier. Looking forward to putting some miles in with these! Thank you for your time and expertise. Loved being able to try before I committed to buying safe in the knowledge that it's the right shoes for my gait. Brilliant would recommend.”

Helpful Report

“Great service from start to finish, the staff were friendly and very knowledgable. They explained everything before doing the test, then explained the results from their tests or the IPad. When ready to choose the correct trainers they gave a variety of different types and checked the fit, feel. At no point did I feel any pressure to buy. I’ve already recommend them to friends and family.”

Helpful Report

“These shoes offer a great heel comfort and support, especially under my arches where I experience more discomfort. I've worn them on the roads for a few runs now and their really living up to their expectation and I am really pleased that I picked these shoes. I would highly recommend the Hoka Arahi shoes for the support and overall comfort of the running shoe. ( feel like I'm running on pillows) and definitely getting your gait analysis and 3-D scan assessed through the Portsmouth store.”

Helpful Report

“So pleased to have a great running shop in Winchester. Alexandra Sports carries a good range of shoes and their fitting appointments are thorough and accurate. I bought new shoes after a full assessment of my feet and gait, and they're exactly what I was looking for. Very comfortable and supportive enough for a block of long-ish distance road training.”

“Excellent service. From initial online booking to meeting staff a seamless transition. Looking forward to collecting my new insoles very soon.”

Helpful Report

“Great service/advice provided through a gait analysis and then running shoe selection. Shame they didn’t have the size required and therefore I couldn’t benefit from the £20 off given because we had already paid for the gait analysis.”

Helpful Report

“Very helpful and comprehensive advice, thank you.”
