“Excellent and prompt service on the delivery. Placed the order on Friday was sent on Saturday received on Monday. Website well designed and have good stock on major brands. Will buy again next time Didn't have to call them for any reason.”

“I ordered a par of running shoes whch turned out to be the wrong size. I contacted Alexandra Sports, and they confirmed that I could return the shoes and get the size bigger in exchange. They were really fast to respond to my initial request for an exchange. When I contacted them again about the shoes, I received a reply from a REAL person!! Wow!!! They sent the replacement shoes out very quickly after I had returned the shoes which were too small. A really good comany to deal with, and one I will contine to buy shoes from, even if other websites (!?) suggest a cheaper price. The service from Alexandra Sports is too good to give up.”

“We were so pleased to find Alexandra sports when we needed help with running shoes. Their in-house testing has gotten my husband back out running and when I needed to order another pair of shoes, they were delivered so quickly. Highly recommend them.”

“While the website clearly states that "All prices seen on our site are inclusive of VAT at the standard rate of 20%, except on some sports nutrition and junior shoes (which are Zero rated for VAT)" (https://www.alexandrasports.com/pages/payment-information) I was charged and had to pay VAT on my order AND a "presentation to customs fee" after my order was shipped (and already paid for). Except for that, the website states that the rating is "4.9 Based on 1,066 reviews", which does not match with the rating on Trustpilot. Customer support (Ronnie) just ignored my comments about the VAT charged after the purchase. I got the products I ordered, but generally a poor experience, I will not be buying anything else, sorry.”

Hi Luca, Thank you for your feedback, and I’m sorry your experience didn’t meet expectations and our usual high level of customer service. For clarity, our website prices include UK VAT. As your order was shipped to a country within the EU, local import VAT and a handling fees were applied by your country’s customs on arrival. These charges are set by local authorities and outside of our control, but we appreciate this can be frustrating and will work on making this clearer for our international customers. Regarding the delay, all documentation was correctly provided at dispatch. The parcel was held for inspection by customs and then released for delivery. While we always assist where possible, these checks are managed locally and can occasionally cause delays.
