“With Emily's help, I was delighted to find running shoes I already feel confident about. Emily was knowledgeable & clear; explaining each part of the process. Nothing was rushed, so I felt as if I was seen as a unique runner by someone who was genuinely interested in my needs. I was impressed by the stock range in store which meant I could have a great choice.”

“Really comprehensive service, turned out my previous running shoes were 0.5 size too small. The team carried out a foot scan and pressure pad exercise to get a complete overview of my feet before matching me with a great pair of kicks!”

“Being a previous customer I was disappointed with the service this time. I was particularly impressed last time with the time spent on me and with the insert which was recommended to be put into the side of the shoe to stop my foot from turning over. This worked extremely well. This time I didn't feel that I got the same level of service as previously and insoles were suggested to correct my foot from turning. I was given the insoles to try and left to decide for myself if I wanted them, hopefully, they will keep my foot straight, particularly as they cost £40, only time will tell.”

“Fantastic! The help that was given throughout my appointment at Alexandra Sport was so good. They were very attentive and extremely knowledgable. The foot scanning and biomechanics they use are second to none and it was super helpful trying out a set of shoes before buying them! 10/10 would recommend to everyone!”

“I was greeted on arrival and invited to discuss my plans, aspirations and running history. I then spent some time having my feet measured both statically and on a treadmill. We then discussed my issues (overpronation) and possible remedies. I was given a range of shoes to try out, which I did while running a short distance outside. I then decided which shoe I preferred and purchased a pair, together with custom insoles. At all times I was treated with respect and the staff member was very knowledgeable and involved me in the decision-making process.”
