“I was told to book and pay for an assessment for a Saturday appointment incase it was too busy to fit me in, however when I was in the store many walks ins received the same foot assessment without a £20 charge? I received the email of my foot scan, but it doesn’t allow me to see any of the information about my feet which was what I wanted to know. I found a Shuropody store today who assessed my feet for free with more knowledge and I came away feeling more confident in going ahead to buy insoles and shoes. Can I get a £20 refund as I’m not sure what I paid for, when others didn’t?”

Whilst it would have been easy for the advisor to have me skip the assessment and carry one with the same shoes based upon my current running regime they took time to assess what was going on and them answer all of my questions before helping me make a decision. I now feel more aware of what my feet are doing and how it affects my running. Many thanks and see you in 600 miles time for a new pair of shoes.”

“What a fantastic sports shop, I had my feel measured properly for some road running shoes and the shop assistant was extremely knowledgeable and explained what she was doing every step of the way, 3d imaging and pressure mapping. Then with the info she brings 3 pairs which suit my feet, trying them on I felt like a little kid as she tied up my laces. 😂😂😂 A little run outside to test each pair out. And I decided on a pair of Brooks. At know time was price mentioned, so that didn’t sway my decision at all, it was all down to fit and comfort. Many thanks to the staff at Alexandra sports. First time customer and I will defo be coming back again.”
