This was the first time we have used the service . Would not recommend based on our experience . Driver not at designated pick up area and a rather confusing and long transfer from airport to city.

The driver was very polite and on time. But we ordered one van for 13 people and we were transferred by two vans. The second van came with 40’ delay at the Paris airport. Also I was asked to pay 50€ because even if I noticed the name of the flight I didn’t change the pick up time on the booking form. When I noticed that the previous day I called the manager at the emergency phone but he was not polite and turned down the phone call telling me “I have no time email the booking”. When I called him for the 40’ delay he didn’t answer and never called back.

Transfer was just ok. Got us from point A to point B. However, we did request 3 carseats for different aged children and the car only brought one. Also the car booked was different (bigger but not necessarily nicer). Good and efficient but nothing more

From Burgas to Nesebar - I was in a shared vehicle. I booked a private vehicle. This also meant I had to wait nearly 30 minutes for the other passengers. The driver was excellent. From Nesebar to Burgas - The driver drove too fast and used his phone while driving - NO, NO, NO !!!!

There is one problem with the service, they only give you one hour from the time the plane lands to go thru customs collect your luggage and make it outside which if you think about it it is allmost impossible. If you seat in the back of the plane have a family with kids and most of us need to use the facilities after a long flight you dont have time. The plane could take at least 10 min if not more just to get to the gate than it takes few min to open the door and if you are in the back...good luck. When we landed and maded to the customs there were 4 other international flights that landed, we waited 30 min at customs and another 10 to 15 to get our luggage. The serves is good but they need to give us more time, one hour is rubbish and i think it is the same with all transportation. So if you think about using the service and have a family with kids you should take all of this in consideration. It is the last think to worry after a long flight.

Great pick up from airport to resort in a comfortable mpv. Our return pick up was late by 15 minutes. The driver did not speak a word to us and when we asked him about being late he shrugged his shoulders. The vehicle was a ramshackle mini bus with many of the seat belts not working. Not the best way to end our holiday.

communication was very good up until i arrived at gatwick 2.5 hours later than scheduled. only then asked if i would share a taxi home. was not going to argue at 2.30am! have not been offered any refund, which is dispapointing.

Waited 30 mins for taxi to hotel to arrive - No a/c in the cabin whilst the driver had his on full power behind their screen. Driver had to stop for petrol. Return was perfect and on time - driver lovely but the same a/c issue. Both vehicles had faulty seat belts.

Went to Portugal on eweek ago. Exelent service by the driver on the airport. But, when returning to the airport after one week there was no picup by the taxicompany. 6:30 AM We waited 45 min and then had to order a new taxi when the time ran and we had a plane to catch. Nobody to answer on the given "emergency" number. Howewer the ATT in London have been understanding an helpful, and we were paid back the amount that we lost by not being piced up on return. I have no problem using ATT again. Have used them before in different contries and with exelent service and always on time :)

Everything was reasonable but it just fell a little short. Multiple sms communication was ok but it was frustrating to not be able to call someone when needed (to resolve drop off location). The vehicle was very good and the driver was good but didn’t drop us off or pick us up and the booking location. It was a bit confusing with multiple buildings sharing the same street address but using the building name in google maps rather than street number would have solved the issue. Rather than getting into an argument with the driver, we got out and had to walk 5-6 minutes to get to our hotel at drop off. At pick up we had to cross the street to a different building because of this again. If this was able to be resolved easily I would be giving a higher rating as the service was in time and good in general.

Prompt and courteous driver on outbound flight pickup. Different story on inbound flight. Due to 6 hour delay, contacted driver to advise we did not have internet access to rebook and pay for a new booking was not helpfully with a solution. Travelling with my 84 mother we were left stranded.Airport was closed due to bad weather so we stuck for several hours before we made our own way.

From airport to hotel, i'm happy with the driver and car. From hotel to airport, driver has a lousy attitude and unsafe driving skills by weaving in/out of traffic. Don't ever hire such bad driver.

Here in SEA. airport. We have to wait and keep and eyes on the car. Took awhile to get the car. Communication on text messages was great . Driver was great. Probably faster to get an Uber here in SEA

Was very upset that on the return trip to Malaga, the lady driver did not take the autoroute fast route back to the airport. When I questioned her, she began by saying she didn't understand English, and then sais we hadn't paid to go on the Toll road. This was nonsense as we used the fast route on the way to the hotel without even asking for it so the return was all part of the same contract number.

Very expensive. Try to book a taxi direct with taxi company if possible
