“Twice the phone number given for contact has been someone who says there wasn’t a booking, but then another driver has been at the airport/hotel. The drivers and the service have been great but I have no idea why twice I have been given the number of the same wrong driver?”

“He was at the wrong gate and had the smallest sign. Made us stress as thought had not turned up. Should have what’s apped me earlier to say was there.”

“Our outbound airport transfer was excellent – the driver was punctual and very friendly. However, I mistakenly booked the wrong return pick-up time and was charged the full fare again to reschedule. While I understand policies, a smaller rebooking fee for an honest mistake would have been appreciated. Great service if your timings are perfect, but expect to pay double for any changes!”

“We wanted to be sure of a ride from the airport as we were arriving very late. The booking process was easy. However when we got to Stockholm, it wasn't clear where to go as the drivers with signs were not immediately outside arrivals. We walked around a bit and found them but out of about 20 drivers with signs none of them had my name on it and I had to phone the emergency number. He said the driver was there and would send him over to the information desk so meet him there. A driver came but he was expecting someone else. Phone calls ensued and we eventually were driven by this driver but it was a little chaotic. He also had to clear bags and a car seat out of the taxi before we could get in. It was like someone's normal car rather than a car from the advert. Not a great success to be honest.”

“We followed the instructions to meet the driver as it was provided on the voucher. It took us an hour to connect with the driver and he did not know anything about the meeting place. He appeared to be a new driver and not comfortable with London Heathrow.”

“The first trip was great. The 2nd was below standard. The exact opposite of the first one, which was an old vehicle, I didn't feel it was air-conditioned. Driver was ok.”

“After a bit of confusión on the way out, that was handleded well and all was fine. Return transfer. The driver was on the phone coming into the hotel to get us, and basicly all the way to the Airport. He received and took 5 calles... No headset phone in hand . Sorry in my World a no go”

“the driver was excellent so thank you kept to the speed limit and drove carefully and engaged in pleasent conversation though car though was a let down as the choice we made was a minibus style vehicle and we got a saloon which was a bit tight with the luggage and also for my leg and left side as my husband is diabled and the minibus would have been the better vehicle and the one we chose - so just send the car that people have chosen and not one you think will do”

“Booking was simple, however the confirmation came through with only our “flight arrival time” and flight number , no actual collection time but I assumed that was just their way of tracking, I was sure I had book the arrival taxi to pick up an hour after arrival as I had with our taxi home as usual to have time to get through passport, get bags etc. I got a message literally on arrival informing me taxi was waiting, we met huge queues at airport and I called to inform of the delays and was advised I needed to pay for an extra hour!! I attempted to stress my original booking details but was left with little option but to pay the extra !! Not the best start ! Felt for the driver as not his error !! Return journey - didn’t see message from driver who advised we could take longer coast road or pay more for toil roads .. we therefore ended up with coast road which was very scenic although not great for those with motion sickness , lots of bends.”

“We paid for the meet me at the gate option but the driver wouldn’t walk all the way down so we had to search for him in the airport which was very disappointing. Wrong directions, wrong insights and frustrating start. Car was nice but what did we pay extras for - could have been much better but driver was just lazy and cheap to get closer parking”

“This is a review of the taxi company in Malaga as previously used Airport Taxi Transfers in Albuferia and no problem. Next transfers booked for two weeks so 🤞🏻 Driver was not waiting at the airport and had no contact, called the emergency number and was told 10 mins. Driver was great after they turned up. Driver home was 20 mins late, could not find us so I had to share location, was using their phone (not hands free) whilst driving at over 120kph. People carrier was also making some noises that did not sound great.”

“Mixed review our first driver from the airport to the hotel was super amazing on time helped with baggage. The second driver to the airport from our hotel was 20 minutes late and was a very dangerous driver as well and almost got into multiple accidents on our way.”

“Pick from faro airport was good. Driver had children car seats as requested. Return from Alvor to faro no children’s seats and We had no choice but to still go as we would have missed flight. Our son in law was not to pleased with us. Driver said he never received this instruction till it was two late.”

“Disappointed that on arrival at the airport we were asked if we could share with another couple going to the same hotel and then had to wait around 25 minutes for the taxi which defeated the object of having a private transfer to avoid time waiting around”

“Ordering process via website good and clear. Prices cheaper than normal taxis. Unfortunately we had to wait about 35 minutes longer despite pre-ordering and a replacement car was sent.”
