“We never have the child seats in the car for the transfert from Antalya to Numa Bay. The driver arrive 30 minutes to late for transfert Numa bay Antalya”

“Transfer to Heathrow was great. Driver was on time and friendly. Comfortable vehicle. Transfer back home was quite different. Driver was late, hard to contact and not particularly friendly.”

“my way back from Tokyu stay Meguro Yutenji to Haneda Aiport was so bad. The driver break my luguage wheel by saying nothing, he just gone and leave the wheel on the floor ( on the road at Haneda airport ) and when we reach there ( at the airport ) he open the automatic door by both side without saying anything my wife belonging& my kid siting in that side. but from Haneda to hotel was so good, the driver so helpful & very good service.”

“Great pick up and experience from airport on arrival in Milan and the driver was lovely and friendly, but a very stressful return pick up as taxi driver was 25 mins late and no communication. when I tried to call I had to try different numbers and on several occasions the phone kept being put down. The phone message was in Italian only and not followed by an English message which would have been helpful. I eventually was given taxi driver phone number by WhatsApp. Was stressed and literally on the verge of looking to find another last minute ride to catch my plan, which according to a local hotel personnel would have been very difficult indeed at that time in the early morning. It is so important to have confidence in this type of service when you have a plane to catch, particularly as a solo traveller. A quick call and update would have been very helpful, I provided my phone number on booking.”

“Myself and 4 good friends were picked up from Alicante airport and delivered to El Campello in October 2025. This was prompt and very professional in a good spec vehicle. On the return trip a few days later the same high service applied. At this point I managed to leave my iPhone, cards etc on the rear seat of the car. I cannot thank the driver Tadas enough for his efforts to get the phone back to me before the flight left. Unfortunately we ran out of time. Tadas then very kindly posted the phone and contents back to me. I regard this as over and above and am very grateful.”

“Transport from airport to hotel was excellent. When leaving hotel to go to airport, an ordinary old, backstreet taxi came to pick us up, which was not what we had ordered, so we refused to get in it. It then took an hour for our booked transport to arrive. We are elderley with hip and knee problems so this is why we booked an easier car to get into for our comfort. We have used you before and have been extremely happy, so felt let down with the return service to the airport.”

“Driver Oct 4 - very good, comms enroutye to pick up, delivery on time. Driver on Oct 17 ~ no comms until he was right outside and the commms didn't come though until we arrived at the airport. Felt we might have been forgotten. Arrived at airport on time.”

“Wouldn't use again. Driver very friendly and communicative but clearly didn't want to pay any waiting fees so didn't start travelling to the airport until I was through passport control (despite me telling them I had global entry and no checked bags so I would be straight through), so I waited at the pick up point for 30+ mins, I should have got an Uber.”

“Geen mogelijkheid om op korte termijn (bv bij missen van vlucht, vertragingen), de chauffeur te contacteren. Zoiets weet je niet 24u op voorhand, dus wat mij betreft is dit systeem niet flexibel genoeg. Wij hebben de terugrit dus niet gehad. Voor aankomst van de vlucht contact genomen met Airport Taxi Transfers maar omdat dat geen 'live' site is geen feedback gehad. Uiteindelijk belde de chauffeur zelf toe hij ons al stond op te wachten terwijl we de vlucht gemist hadden. Erg jammer want dat is ook tijdverlies voor de chauffeur.”

“The car when it arrived was great but overall the service at the airport was poor and we had to wait for the car to arrive. I have another booking for another pick up which is important not to be late and just concerned that it will be late.”

“Arrivals was very stressful and the taxi ended being nearly an hour late. We phoned the emergency number and it took 4 goes before someone answered. The 5 mins turned out to be 25 mins and we had just booked another taxi when they turned up! Return journey was excellent - phew!”
