“Prompt and courteous driver on outbound flight pickup. Different story on inbound flight. Due to 6 hour delay, contacted driver to advise we did not have internet access to rebook and pay for a new booking was not helpfully with a solution. Travelling with my 84 mother we were left stranded.Airport was closed due to bad weather so we stuck for several hours before we made our own way.”

“From airport to hotel, i'm happy with the driver and car. From hotel to airport, driver has a lousy attitude and unsafe driving skills by weaving in/out of traffic. Don't ever hire such bad driver.”

“Here in SEA. airport. We have to wait and keep and eyes on the car. Took awhile to get the car. Communication on text messages was great . Driver was great. Probably faster to get an Uber here in SEA”

“Was very upset that on the return trip to Malaga, the lady driver did not take the autoroute fast route back to the airport. When I questioned her, she began by saying she didn't understand English, and then sais we hadn't paid to go on the Toll road. This was nonsense as we used the fast route on the way to the hotel without even asking for it so the return was all part of the same contract number.”

“The local company that picked us up at the airport did not send a Minivan (5pax) as per contract. We wasted some time waiting for the company to send the Minivan.”

“Used 3 times now for return journeys from airport. First two times had to wait 20 mins for taxi to arrive at airport but spot on on return, always there. Yesterday we landed and got through and he was still 30 minutes away. So sadly we won’t be using them again as we want a taxi there when we exit arrivals. Always pleasant. Always good value (cheapest we’ve found) but when a car is booked from airport you need them there in arrivals hall. Not half hour away. Once ok but not 3 times. Sorry”

“Pick up went smoothly. Although road was closed and driver not helpful in pointing the direction to get there on foot. Driver showed up almost 1/2 late for return (after I call to chase) made it tight and stressful to make the flight. Frustrating as you prebook to avoid that kind of situation.”

“I made two resevations - transfer between Shanghai PVG and SHA airport was delivered. I was struggling with transfer in Shenzhen from airport to Shenzhen. The driver did not come and the webpage did not allow me to submit complaint (asking for captcha that did not occurred). But Airport taxi sent request to provide feedback and via feedback, I raised complaint that should be resolved in my favor.”

“The flight was delayed and although we notified the company with over 2 hours notice we were charged an extra 50 euros parking charges. The company had our flight details so it should have been monitored.”

“I was very happy using this service around the world and I will give 5 stars except in Madrid the coordinator was very rude and he does does not have a customer service skills; He threat me that for the return to the airport if I had 5 suitcases his company would not take them all and I have to hire another car which I travel with my daughters and I will not allow one of them to go to the airport alone just because Mr. Juan Manuel decide that we need to separate; when I contracted the service I paid for a 7-passenger car and we were 5 people with 5 suitcases weighing less than 22 kg each. I request to cancel my return and he refused to do it when my return is in 4 days. My mistake was to book the 2 services at the same time (from airport/to airport) . Due this experience I won’t use them again.”

“We used the company for our arrival and departure at Faro airport. Our flight was delayed coming in, we called from the uk to advise, not a problem. On arrival our driver was not there, we called the emergency number and was informed they would be there in 20 minutes as they were on their way back from another transfers. All fine. The return we had to phone the emergency number again as we were not collected. We waited 25 minutes from the time we had booked. Not really acceptable, if they had called us to advise, we would have been ok, but the company just seem to think it is ok, for you to chase them.”

“My driver was late by 15 or more minutes and I had to call them 3 times. Not reliable if you have a specific timing.”

“On our way from the airport, we had no issues other than the driver not having a sign with our names. Driver was driving a Tesla Model S which was clean and the Driver was friendly. On the way back to the airport we waited and a local small cab showed up in a Prius. The actual taxi booked couldn't make it on time and would have arrived an hour late. So we then had to spend 1,5 hours in a small Prius with no legroom. At least they arranged for a back-up but they obviously chose the cheapest option.”

“The transfer was not there on time, had to wait 30min. When the driver arrived he was very stressed. A plus was that i had two phonenumbers to call if ther was problems, that it was in my case.. but overall i think this was okey.”
