“Overall easy booking booking return time difficult as I had no idea how long it would time had to change time then driver arrived an hour early all a bit stressful”

“My recent experience with Airports Taxi Transfers highlighted some areas of excellence that need improvement. The vehicle selection for a group of five with significant luggage was inadequate, resulting in discomfort. However, the communication upon arrival was commendable. Challenges arose with inconsistent communication for the departure and unaddressed concerns about vehicle size. Despite these issues, flexibility in luggage accommodation was a positive note. Overall, while there are commendable aspects, there's a clear need for improved vehicle selection and more consistent communication.”

“Booking process was simple and straight forward. When we arrived in Paris I messaged a number that was apparently the main office and not the driver's. The person at the main office was extremely rude and condescending. I have the Whatsapp messages to prove it. Once I connected to the driver, Francois, things were better. Francois was very polite, professional, and respectful. He even have us some tips on how to navigate the city. He was very helpful and kind.”

“Reservation proces is ok. We had some delay, driver was gone and we needed a lot of communication and an extra $70 to be picked up. Disappointing!”

“Driver was professional and worked with us to find him as we had never been to the Amsterdam airport. However we were delayed in getting a bus to terminal and then through customs. We notified driver when we were landed, he was at the airport and informed us since this was taking longer there would be an extra charge. So for an extra 45 min we were charged 30 euro and his boss informed us that we could not get in the car until we paid that extra fee. So a warning when you schedule a pickup time leave a lot of leeway or you may end up paying a substantial fee.”

“My taxi did not turn up on time, stressful situation considering it was 4.15am.Then no answer when i rang the emergency number. Got a call then to say they would send a driver. Had to wait another 20 minutes for a driver to come who was an uber driver.He was a very nice man and got me to the airport on time for my early morning flight. Very dissappointed with service.”

“Driver arrived promptly, but was tired from the long days of journeys. Drivers were non their phones while driving which was a bit concerning also. But we arrived both times ontime and in one piece so all good.”

“On our return journey the driver was late and this gave us some pressure to get to airport on time. Driver continually texting on phone. Chat service to office when driver was late was not very good, disjointed although eventually supplied me with driver phone number.”

“Driver from Friedberg to Sheraton Airport Frankfurt drover dangerously overtaking a truck on a blind corner . We are lucky to be alive !!!!! Dropped us off at the airport and not at the Sheraton Hotel main entrance .”

“Emilio is an ambassador for both Italy and Airport taxis. The hard time had was with making amendments. It cost me an extra €60 as I made a mistake with the arrival time. I had given flight number and arrival time. One day before on realising it arrived later I first tried on line to amend to no avail. Finally I used the WhatsApp link and was told that it was too late to change it but if I paid extra the driver would wait longer than the normal time for us. Sure enough a gentleman named Emilio met us. But he hadn’t been waiting 4 hrs for us. Did Emilio get any of the €60? I hope you passed it on to him. The return was excellent service Emilio was there ahead of time and got us to the airport. Thank you for looking after us. (If anyone else reads this and are doing a last minute booking, I would say make sure your details are correct before you hit send, otherwise it will cost you an arm and a leg to correct it)”

“We were a little disappointed with the airport taxi transport service, because we booked a Mercedes Benz E Class return travel from Milan to Bellagio, but we were given an Opel Astra when leaving for Bellagio and the local company promised to give us a Mercedes when we returned to Milan, but we got a driver in a VW Passat car. and it turns out we were picked up 1 hour later than the time we ordered. Luckily we didn't have to get to the airport. We hope that the company can improve its service better in the future.”
