“Driver was an 1hr late to pick us up from the airport”

“I thought this was a scam and not a legit company because I didn’t hear from the company or anything until one hour before scheduled pickup. It is legit but know that you will not hear from the driver until an hour before your scheduled time and day. My driver was 15 minutes late so I dropped a star for that, lack of communication and my driver was on his cell phone the whole way which is not safe driving practice.”

“We were supposed to be transported by a passenger car, but it turned out to be a bus, which was a lot less comfortable and not as agreed. Furthermore, very friendly and correct.”

“Responsive customer service on WhatsApp and good drivers and quality of cars, but a bit hit and miss with driver details not always sent in advance, not monitoring arriving flights, and delays in being met on arrival (at the airport).”

“Firstly we payed for a car for just 2 of us and there was another couple with us going to a different hotel who we had to wait for. The driver was constantly using his mobile phone which made me anxious and when we arrived at hotel Botanique he questioned the tip we gave him which was embarrassing! We asked in the hotel what tip is recommended and they said not to tip taxi drivers but what we gave him was more than enough. Just found the whole experience stressful. The journey back to the airport was ok.”

“Booking process was easy. Communication on the days could have been better. Selected a vehicle for my number of passengers and cases, however, it was not big enough and two of my passengers had to ensure an uncomfortable journey both ways. On both journeys I had cause to ring the emergency number as the drivers were not there. While the number was answered the result was an expensive international call that resulted in “please wait”. Comms could be far better. The drivers themselves were good when we found them.”

“The transfers were overall really good and I would use this company again . The cars were clean and prompt . I understand Singapore Cruise Terminal is very busy - however , I found the driver of the transfer from the Cruise Terminal to Changi Crowne Plaza a little bit off - he must have been having a bad morning .”

“The actual booking process was easy but the airport pickup cost an extra €75 in cash due to waiting even though they had flight details and could track the flight of which we had no control over and then we got taken to wrong hotel and had to make our own way to correct hotel.”

“Service from Amsterdam hotel going to the AirPort was poor. Driver waited far from hotel on a rainy afternoon and the car smelled of cigarettes. My Asthma acted up. There should be a rule in car svc companies to have smoke free vehicles or at least give customers a choice to have a smoke free vehicle. Driver in Berlin was good and had a clean vehicle, however did not bother to help with luggage. His duty was only to drive. A bit of assistance wouldn’t hurt.”

“There was a big delay in getting our luggage and constantly calling and messaging the client about when they will be coming out to get the taxi is stressful.and annoying. I was waiting for my luggage! What does the driver think... That I have gone for a coffee?”

“The Driver was nowhere to be found. We had to make an international call to the office to find the driver. As it turned out, the driver was waiting in his car. This is not what you described on the website. The driver was supposed to be outside the terminal holding a sign with our name on it. It didn’t happen at all.”
