“It is terrible. I do not receive any email, and reservation number. I can not cancel it at all. When I want to email them, it requires my reservation number. Terrible customer service.”

“Absolutely appalling service — avoid at all costs! This company completely let us down. We booked an airport taxi, and they cancelled it without even bothering to tell us. We were left standing around waiting, with zero communication, no phone call, no email — nothing. We only realised what had happened when we tried to chase them down ourselves — by then, we were nearly late for our flight. The stress and chaos this caused was unbelievable. We had to scramble to find alternative transport at the last minute, at our own expense. To make matters worse, there’s been no apology, no accountability, and we are STILL waiting for our refund. The lack of professionalism is shocking. I wouldn’t trust this company with a school run, let alone an airport transfer. Unreliable, unresponsive, and completely unprofessional.”

“Pre-booked transfer at 09.00 from Benalmadena to Malaga airport (6 seater van) was cancelled by email late evening the night before - which I nearly didn’t see. So I would now have no faith in their reliability.”

“Pretty sure this is a scam. You pay the company a premium rate and they order it for a cheaper price and earn the difference. Taxi was late, communication terrible and all round awful experience.”

“Coming from NZ to New York for the first time I was a bit nervous about my booking but it worked out perfectly. I booked from JFK to New Jersey, the driver communicated with me on WhatsApp and though they didn't speak English very well I put the messages in the chat and they translated them through their phone. The driver was amazing, despite ending up in rush hour traffic for two hours they were chill, drove safely and made sure I got to my hotel. They also allowed a quick detour for me to use a bathroom because I had underestimated the length of travel time. I would definitely use the service again and comparatively to other services they were extremely reasonable prices. I would recommend getting cash out ahead of time for the tip as there was no way to additionally tip the driver through the system. My driver was Ming and I truly appreciate their professionalism. Thank you Ming and thank you Airport Taxi Transfers for your booking service. It definitely alleviated a lot of worries being in the big city for the first time.”

“Very happy with collection from airport to appartment, driver was waiting andready and soon as we came through passport control. Coming home our driver was 20 minutes late picking us up to go back to the airport, he did tell us by message that he was going to be late as the traffic was bad but it would have beenvery stressful if we had not allowed plenty of time.”
