“Do not book, our flight was on time there was a delay through passport control and waiting for our luggage the driver left us stranded at the airport and told us our time was up. Absolutely appalling stay clear of this company.”

“Driver failed to show! Contacted help desk who said driver was here at hotel. Was give the wrong vehicle details and then told to get a taxi at our own cost. I booked the service 7 months prior. We are also not receiving a refund as driver turned up but didn’t locate us. Was told this wasn’t a meet and greet so we waited outside the hotel whilst the driver was in the lobby. The driver did not get out of his vehicle with a sign with our name on it Terrible service putting family out of pocket”

“For my return pick up to go to Faro airport, the driver went to the wrong address even though i had confirmed accordingly twice and worse also arrived in a car when i had pre paid and booked a minivan for 6 people as our party consisted of 4 adults and a child with pushchair and 4 bags/cases. So we had to hurriedly call for another car. I have asked the company for a refund as it simply was unacceptable and caused us stress especially with a 15month old. So finally after hearing nothing from them after 10 days here is my review. Shame i couldnt award it zero stars”

“Totally APPAULING service. If I could give less than 1 star I would. This was a VERY late no-show from 'pre-booked' driver, but it is incomprehensible and totally unacceptable that the company has no back-up-plan if a driver does not fulfil the booking. Dispatcher was not honest, sending multiple WhatsApp messages indicating that the driver would be waiting for me, but no actual details of the vehicle reg or driver contact. We waited at the pickup area and I was STILL receiving messages saying that the driver details would be sent ‘soon’. 1 hour after we arrived, I received a message saying that no transport could be arranged, and that I should arrange separate transportation myself! Truly APPAULING service. We were a family of 6, and the booking was for a Premium Minivan for our journey (AND PRE-PAID). If no minivan was available why not send 2 cars? It was clear after that last message, that I was NOT going to receive the service I had paid for, and the 6 of us were effectively ‘on our own’ and told to arrange alternative transport ourselves. Shockingly BAD service. The company did not just ‘let me down’ with their non-service, they completely abandoned me! Needles to say I will NOT be recommending this company at ANY time in the future and will certainly not be booking any sort of services with them myself.”

“Used this service in Tokyo. Driver was very punctual and pleasant and helped with luggage. Was much cheaper from cruise port to airport than regular taxi. Highly reccomend this service.”

“This service was excellent, they kept in touch with us throughout the full service , telling us where to get picked up, photos of suitcases so they recognised us, posted on how long they would be, smooth ride, good driver. Would use them again.”
