“Atrocious service, booked a private transfer last week, our first time in Ibiza, we were on late flight and landed on time at approx 11pm, eventually met driver and started the trip to hotel, never spoke a word to the driver till he stopped, told us to walk up a road a take a right and hotel was on the right. We thought nothing of it and started walking, no hotel in sight, we were left stranded in the middle of nowhere, googled mapped our hotel and it was an hour walk away, rang the helpline and spoke to a women who said she would get back, 10 mins later she returned the call saying that she rang the driver and he said he dropped us off where he was supposed to and he isn't comming back so youse are on your own?? We ended up having to flag down another taxi to take us to our hotel at an additional cost of €17 after paying €80 for private transfers upfront. Absolute atrocious service, would never trust, use again or recommend, steer clear of these cowboys cause that's all they are, take your money and run, everything about this company is bad news!!”

“Would not recommend. Taxi was cancelled half hour before pick up from home to Gatwick. Told to rebook with someone else which is a challenge as a single parent with a child that uses a wheelchair. Save yourself the stress and aggravation and book someone else”

“Flight was cancelled and they refused to honour the booking. Absolutely shocking customer service and the agreement is with the supplier and not the person booking. Definitely not using this website ever again. They have not helped in any way to track my delayed and neither did they help when it was cancelled.”

“Absolutely shocking service. We were collected (late) from the airport on arrival and then they didn’t even turn up to return us to the airport to go home resulting in an expensive expense added to our holiday. They didn’t bother answering our calls or emails and still haven’t. I would strongly advise not to book this company!!!”

“Our driver was a no show on return to Alicante airport on Sunday 04.10.26.. We had to get 2 taxi costing over €200 euros as we were a party of 10. We tried contacting yourselves but to no avail.. This is shocking customer service.”

“Party of 10 in Benidorm, booked and paid for return trip to airport on Sunday 4th October for 8.15am but no-one turned up. Unable to contact them so we had to pay for two more local taxis to take us to airport. Had to pay 216 euros in total to take us there. We expect a full refund ASAP.”

“We arranged transport to and from Charles de gaulle airport after reading reviews. Well I had a awful experience. After landing at the airport with my disabled partner we made our way to the arranged pick up point to find there was no card with my name on it. I tried to call the said number and there was no answer from it. We have never been to Paris before and was relying on the taxi being there. No taxi arrived no phone number we tried picked up I had no message and no text either. I had no choice but to get a gentleman at the airport to help us with another taxi. The driver was very nice and took us to our hotel. The next day I sent an email and a message without a reply. The day before we were due to fly home we were informed to get to the airport earlier than we expected so I phoned the office in London to say we needed an earlier return time which he said he would arrange it. I also explained the problem when we arrived and no taxi was waiting for us.... he said he would look into this.. we went about our business that day awaiting a reply to confirm the change of collection time. The night before our return I again called to make sure the collection time had been changed to what we wanted would be confirmed which a reply came back and it said absolutely not... it left me no other choice than to arrange another taxi to take us back to the Airport early the next morning. I am deeply upset with the way I have been treated and would never recommend this company for transfers ever.”

“we booked our flight in June and as we had used this company before, we wanted to use it again. However, our flight from Newcastle on the 19/09/26 with sunexpress flew at 18.55pm and arrived in Antalya at 1.35am on the 20/09/26. we picked our cases up and went to stand 100 as advised but we were told it was a 'no show,' meaning we hadn't turned up for our ride. earlier on the 18/09/26 we had a WhatsApp message from the driver telling us that he would be at the airport at 1.35 on the 19th. I immediately send a WhatsApp back to him showing him the flight details on the e ticket and it showed that he had seen it. Getting back to when we arrived on the 20th, we spoke to a man at desk 100 who said it wasn't his company and turned to a girl who said it was a no show, we showed her the e-ticket and made her phone the company, I spoke to them who were both very unhelpful and rude. the girl just shrugged her shoulders and was smirking the entire time. we spoke to security and other companies who tried to phone the company who wouldn't pick the phone up. we had to pay for another ride and even the hotel tried to phone the company but again, no reply, we had to book another ride for the return and the night before, this company sent me a WhatsApp to say they would pick us up at 11.30am. as we had to book another ride with no communication from this company, I sent a WhatsApp telling them we had already got a ride, they returned the WhatsApp saying they had booked the ride. after tooing and froing, they cancelled the ride then proceeded to block me on WhatsApp, I have asked for our money to be reimbursed as all this is a mix up/scam on their part”

“Lamentablemente hice caso a las reglas de cambiar o cancelar la reserva y solo quise el día 4 modificar media hora mi horario de recogida para mañana . Lo realicé 2 veces 48 hrs antes , en la help page ( único lugar posible) y hoy me dicen que no figura el cambio en el sistema y que si o sí me vienen a buscar al horario original. Pagué por late check out y no lo utilizaré”

“The driver was not waiting for us at the airport when we arrived (flight was on time). After we exited the arrivals hall we were kept waiting for over 20 minutes. The inside of the car was dirty and had a strong odour of stale tobacco smoke.”

“Turkey Transfers: I booked private airport transfers. When we first arrived, the transfer wasn't there; we had to wait an hour. They blamed traffic. We know things like this can happen, so we weren't going to complain, since we got to the hotel with no issues. But then the return transfer did not turn up; after various WhatsApp messages, we were told there was a puncture, via one lady and that the replacement would be 10 mins, after 10 mins I called her to explain the driver still had not arrive; she hung up on me five mins later a man called from a different number said 10 mins, I told hime we had been told this 10 mins before and he asked who had told me this, i explained about the conversation about the puncture and he had not got a clue what i was talking about as he had only just received the booking, we gave them 50 mins then had to pay 50 euros to get a cab, this made the airport experiance horrible for someone who suffers from anxiaty, thinking i am going to miss the flight having to run. However, I arrived at our gate for final boarding, hungry, as planned, to eat before the flight, then a five-hour flight with no food!! shocking!! I'm looking for a refund and awaiting a response.”

“Total scam. Booked 3 transfers for a weekend in Istanbul and all 3 cars were at least a class below what I booked. The company ghosted me when I asked for a commensurate refund. So shady.”

“On arrival, the taxi was there ahead of schedule, so we left early. The same on departure. We were there 5mins before pick-up - The taxi was already arriving. Perfect, dependable service.”
