“Please do not use this company!!!! No car seats provided for infants on pick up or return journey despite having paid €40 for them!!!! I booked due to having good reviews and being a ‘trusted’ provider who could supply car seats for my 5 month old and my 2 year old. I paid €40 for this service. Upon arriving in Tenerife, the driver was there to pick us up, with no car seats. Upon trying to get in touch with the company for FOUR DAYS, to complain about the car seats and change my transfer time, they didn’t reply to me until the day of my transfer, saying it was too late to change the transfer time. The helpline told me that the €40 extra I paid was not for the car seats, but when I questioned what it was for, another colleague told me it was in fact for the car seats. Upon pickup from my hotel, no car seats were provided yet again. This is both a safety concern and a shame on the driver as the request had obviously not been passed on to them. If you have kids please book with someone else as they cannot guarantee their safety whilst in the transfer.”

“The transfer wasn’t at the airport in Puerto Vallarta, we have to cross the street and walk like 10 minutes to arrive to the car, and the wasn’t any like the fotos they show, it was an old car.”

“Do not book with this company! Totally incompetent. We were waiting over half an hour past the agreed time for them and they kept messaging us to say they were 5 minutes away which was clearly a lie. Eventually had to book a taxi as we would miss our flight otherwise. How can a transportation company to an airport be over half an hour late and not see a problem with that!? I messaged and emailed them to ask for a refund due to their no show and they are completely blanking me. I have taken up with the transportation complaints department now. Avoid at all costs! Totally useless.”

“The driver did not show and the company was NO help. They could not locate the supplier and the emergency contact was not working. My two elderly parents were stranded as the transfer was for 2 hours away. We also did not get a refund. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM. They were no help at all.”

“This should be zero-doesn’t rate a one. Two driver no shows in a row which is completely unacceptable for a transportation company. To make matters worse, their “help line” was entirely unhelpful and could not provide information about the driver or their location. I have traveled around the world for 30 years and never experienced such ineptitude. It is basically a shell company that cannot account for the local delivery- which is the most critical component. I am disputing several charges - steer clear!”

“Very good service overal.My only complaint this time was that i ordered child seats for my grandchildren which i wasn’t completely satisfied with, one seat was to small and they didn’t fit in the isofix.Apart from that service was very good.We are using them again”

“We kept the agency aware of our trip timeline. When we arrived at Heathrow our driver was not there. We contacted the service were first told he would be there there in 5 to 10 minutes, later told he was at the station subsequently told he was almost there. We had to wait approximately 55 minutes to get our transfer. Yes, traffic was an issue but other transfer services were more timely. Not sure of what occurred but after traveling for over 24 hours, hard to accept. The driver was pleasant, stated traffic was an issue”

“On arrival no sign of the driver. He then rang me to say he was in a different part of the airport and would come to me. Waited a while, he rang again, sent a photo of where he was parked and asked me to walk to his car instead. My friend and I (both females in our late 60s) walked out in the heat for several minutes. He then joined us, turned around and got us to follow him to his car. At no time did he offer to help with our luggage, tho he did load it into the car”
