“I pre-booked this service to make our arrival in USA stress free. How wrong was I, firstly driver kept trying to call whilst I was going through customs, I messaged to say we had got through he was not waiting with a sign in arrivals (as agreed), I called him, he ignored, then messaged asking me to meet him at C4, which I went to. He didn’t show, kept saying 5 mins, after 15 he then asked me to go to another pick up point because the police were pestering him. I said no he was to collect me from C4, he refused, we had to find alternative transport. I requested refund through customer services and have been ignored.”

“Very easy booking system, realistic pricing.. cars were as expected and driver was in contact before trip and on day to confirm meeting spot - we used this service several times during our stay in USA. As we moved from San Francisco to Vegas and LA”

“I received a message as soon as I got off the plane to arrange the meet-up. So communication via text was very good. The driver did not speak English at all and had to use an app to communicate. It was a bit off putting but he was a great driver and got us to our destination with no issues. Was very helpful with our luggage. Over all a good experience and would use the service again without doubt”

“What a great, easy experience! I've never pre-ordered a taxi, but what a nice experience we had, not having to go to the trouble of finding transportation when we got to the destination airport (dealing with all the companies coming at you to get you to choose them, etc.) He was just right there waiting for me! Wonderful!”

“Used this service for transfer from Narita airport to downtown Tokyo and back. Drivers were always on time, vehicles uses spacious and comfortable (Toyota Aplhard). For the return transfer my driver was a bit confused as there were two hotels of the same group less than 100 metres apart and he was waiting for the wrong one. This did not create any problem as I could communicate with him by txt message in English and he had arrived already 15 minutes before p/u time. Overall happy with this service, will use it again for my next business trip to Tokyo.”
