“Very poor service. Arrival transfer did not turn up. Advised it was due to flight delay. Submitted a complaint and have been told it is being investigated! What’s to investigate??? Paid for service, not delivered - issue a refund!!”

“Didn’t get picked up, your driver text me before I left Australia, asking for flight number, which I gave, so would have expected him at the arrivals terminal, but no he was not there, he was waiting in his car for me to go to him, I’m in Japan, I’ve no phone connection, and no taxi driver waiting, after two hours trying to locate our driver to no avail, we finally get a bus to our destination in Yokohama from Narita airport. John Terrington”

“My wife was taken unwell because of a medical condition so we had to cancel the taxi. Contacted the taxi provider direct and they were fine, contacted ATT to cancel and they still charged the EUR 78.72 anyway. Not impressed and will not be using them again with my many upcoming trips to Spain.”

“I had an excellent experience from start to finish. Once a driver was allocated, he got in touch straight away to advise that, due to road closures, it would be best to leave a little earlier. He arrived promptly and even let me know when he was just five minutes away. The car was spotless, the journey was smooth, and despite the poor weather, his driving was calm and reassuring throughout.”

“On the way back, instead of 49 pax bus that we paid - we have been transferred with 2 small buses with a lot of suitcases in the middle of the bus between the seats. This is not in compliance with our booking, and with our confirmation”

“We expected a bit larger vehicle and had trouble getting in and out of the back seat. We soon realized European vehicles on the road are much smaller than US and perhaps we should adjust our expectations. It would be helpful if you provided the model of vehicle (or similar) to expect based on the reservation. We would have certainly paid a bit more for a more comfortable 1 1/2 hour ride.”
