We had booked a taxi to go from our hotel to the airport. It didn't show up after 15 minutes, so we called the company. They told us our taxi driver had been waiting for us in front of the hotel for 10 minutes and had tried to call us. This wasn't true, as we were outside 15 minutes beforehand! When we explained all this on the phone, it wasn't true, and they just slammed the phone down. We didn't get any money back! It's truly disgraceful!

We were quoted €153.90 for a round trip from /to Charles de Gaulle airport. The first driver charged us €77 when he dropped us off at our hotel. On the return to the airport we were charged the full €153.90 neither driver gave or even offered a receipt and stupidly we paid in cash. As soon as we got home I contacted Airport taxi transfers telling them exactly what happened expecting them to contact each driver to check the payments whilst the journeys were fresh in their minds. Now 2 weeks after contacting them I am being told that unless we can produce a receipt they will not give us a refund of the €77 Lesson learned never use Airport taxi transfers ever again and always pay by credit/debit card and get a receipt

Teníamos el transfer contratado y pagado con una semana de antelación. Cuando llegamos a Nueva York se habían retrasado algunos vuelos y tuvimos que hacer una cola larguísima para el control de pasaportes, mientras, nuestro conductor nos acosaba a mensajes amenazando con marcharse y al final se marchó y nos dejó sin transporte las 23 horas a una familia de 5 con niños. Fue muy difícil y caro conseguir un reemplazo para llegar a la ciudad. Nada recomendable.

This is the worst taxi service I have ever used. Extreme harassment from beginning to end. Extortionate. Kept hammering me for more money while I was waiting for immigration and bags. Then refused to carry the agreed number of bags unless I paid them even more money. Use at your peril. These guys are robbers. They also messed up the address and took us to the wrong place.

Shockingly poor service. It seems they just outsource everything but they just don’t communicate (with the drivers or their customers - even their ‘emergency’ phone number goes unanswered for days!). I got less than a 1/3 of my money refunded for the return trip I booked but still feel ripped off. For what should have been a simple airport pickup and return turned into a complete nightmare starting with the original car being too small so we had to travel with heavy suitcases on our laps plus no baby seat so I had to use mine on the basis the driver picking us up would have it. But it took them nearly a week after we got back to return our baby seat and that was only because I threatened legal action. They wanted to charge ME extra to return it which was all down to THEIR original mistake. (And yes I did specify the number of people cases on my booking and paid extra for a baby seat.) Never again.

I had such a bad experience with this service. I used it from Budapest hotel to Budapest airport on 14th July. The driver was aggressive and rude even before sitting in the car and starting the journey. Upon the taxi's arrival, while we were still placing our luggage in the rear of the vehicle, the driver abruptly scolded my 3-year-old son and physically pushed him into the back seat. At that time, I was still standing outside the car, and this aggressive behavior was entirely uncalled for and deeply upsetting. Shortly after starting the trip, the driver suddenly stopped the car, opened my passenger door, and instructed me to get out. When I requested that he activate the child lock for safety, he refused and instead got out of the vehicle aggressively, slamming the door near my son's seat. His behavior was shocking and intimidating. Throughout the journey, the driver repeatedly demanded extra payment, specifically citing the use of a child seat-which had already been confirmed and included in our booking. His persistent arguments added further stress to an already traumatic ride. Failure to Drop at Correct Location Upon arrival at the airport, the driver dropped us off at the arrivals section rather than the designated Departures 2B terminal. When questioned, he simply told us to exit the vehicle where we were, without any assistance or explanation. I look forward to receiving an official response and resolution to this complaint. However, so far after complaint registration, no feedback or update has been reported.

Shocking. Driver demanding extra ‘cash’ on top of fee already paid. Refused to take us. Left at airport. Rude & asked to speak to manager who also made demand for extra cash (amount kept changing) then manager hung up during call. Disgraceful……

Avoid at all costs. They cancelled at 930pm the night before our transfer scheduled for 630am the following morning. Which was too late for us to reschedule with another company and we missed our flights. This was in spite of me confirming with them several times beforehand. And in spit of paying them in full in advamce. They refused to offer us any compensation. Absolutely appalling.

Had reservation for a pick-up of 10 people at the Southampton Cruise Terminal and transport to Gatwick Airport on July 20 at 8:00 am. Received text message at 7 am that driver had emergency and would not be coming.

I got a confirmation of my booking, but the next morning the taxi driver never came. I called the given number multiple times and no one answered. The taxi driver also never reached out to me. I almost missed my flight because of this. It was absolutely horrible.

Booked and paid for a transfer well in advance of my flight out of New York JFK. To my horror, no one showed up. Impossible to make contact with them on the phone. Had to make alternative emergency arrangements to catch my flight. Sent two complaints in. Response was very cold and inconsiderate. Had to claim refund through my credit card company. I wouldn't use this company again.

DO NOT BOOK I travelled with my family of 9 people, amongst which were my 1 toddler with a disability and 2 children aged 8. On the evening prior i had received a confirmation of pick up time. However, the driver didn’t show up at the allocated time and then refused to answer my calls and messages. In a panic we had to get emergency transport that could cater for our large group and luggage and had to pay a further £40. stressful and exhaustive particularly as we were conscious of the delays that could occur at the airport where there was no priority pass available for my son. do not book with this company. avoid. horrid end to a wonderful holiday

It's hard to summarise the shambles of a service we received on Monday 14th July 2025 on our arrival to Milan Malpensa airport. To start, the driver was not waiting in arrivals hall as stated on booking. The vehicle was an old, worn vehicle with scratch / chewing marks inside (presumably from dog), no air con, and engine light on. This vehicle was apparently "borrowed from friend" of the driver due to issues with driver's own car on the day of travel. As soon as we went to set off to our destination, the driver reversed into another vehicle in the car park, and instead of sending another vehicle, we were instructed to wait back inside the terminal until he had finished getting all the insurance issues sorted in the car park. I had initially thought they were sending another car/driver, but when I messaged the company after 25 minutes of waiting, the original driver messaged back to say we could go. When we did leave, driver was speeding most of the way (I'm talking 130km/hr in a 90km/hr and over 150km/hr in the 110km/hr zones), and narrowly avoided a head-on crash with another vehicle because he was driving on the wrong side of the road. Upon arrival to our hotel, the driver explained he had been working since 3am - this was his excuse for his behaviour and putting us at risk. Utterly unacceptable, and a terrible start to what was supposed to be a luxurious trip for my Mum's 60th birthday. Sadly with all the commotion I did not get photos of the exterior of the car - I have photos of the condition of the inside of the car but this platform won't upload them (error message * We could not upload one of your files, please try again later or contact support).

This company is a Rip Off. I booked an 8 passenger, 8 bags mini van from downtown Madrid to the airport and they sent a small VW CADI (nothing like the MINI Van image during the booking process on their web site). When I talked to the manager over the phone he claimed he didn't speak English and that no MINI Vans where available despite the fact that I booked the transport a week in advance. I had to hire an additional taxi for Euro 43 to reach the airport on time. Worst serviceable experience during my vacation in Spain.

The driver messaged me two days prior to introduce himself and said if ready earlier let me know. Day of trip messaged 40m in advance to advise him we ready he turned up 20mins late blaming road closures, as a driver he should be planning ahead. All our parties other lifts had arrived on time so no excuse would NOT recommend this company

The driver was one hour late. We weren’t actively informed, we had to keep contacts CS and the driver to know where he was. We also reserved one child seat and booster seat but only one booster seat was given

We booked Taxi before we board plane from singapore to Tokyo. We accidentally selected the wrong cruise terminal on online booking. We sent email and we got replied to deal with driver. Driver refused to change direction even though the distance of new destination is less. He parked in car park for half hour argued. Where we headed only takes 20 minutes.

AVOID AT ALL COST There are many bad reviews for a reason. Our flight landed early 07:11 , however there was a huge delay caused by border control at the airport. I have sent a message of the situation to the driver. However When we arrived at 08:30 at the agreed meeting place, the driver was already gone. It is clearly indicated in the confirmation email that the pick up time was 07:55. I cannot be held responsible if the driver wants to adhere to the arrival time instead. The driver didn’t even mentioned that he was leaving. So we ended up ordering another taxi. But the company doesn’t want to issue a refund. So do yourself a favor and save your vacation by not booking with this company.

Firstly taxi was half an hour late , secondly we booked a taxi for 6 adults 1 baby and luggage, taxi arrived only for 4 people , we had to book another uber to get us all to the airport , as you can only imagine at this point the start of our holiday was completely ruined On our arrival back at close to midnight I had to get in touch again to say we were waiting at the pick up point , no taxi there no taxi on its way or even coming i had a message saying "we regret to inform you drivers are not responding in your area " this is once i had message them , what is the point paying for this service and giving flight numbers and so on if no one is checking the actual flights ? Once again with a 10 month old baby , we had to book another uber to get us home safely WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE TO ANYONE , BEWARE THIS IS A VERY VERY BADLY RUN OPERATION
