They simply didn't show up and I did learn about it just because I called the emergency number 10 min after the pick up time. Really unprofessional. It was to go from Antwerp to Brussels Airport.

What a disgrace! Was left stranded at the airport late at night waiting for our transfere driver! Call the help line and was first told that there was no reservation then told he would give a refund! When I asked how can you not have a reservation if you can give a refund and he hung up on me! Leaving us alone late at night without any help! This was supposed to be a special trip for my wife, 60th birthday! Then for no reason they cancelled our return as well shocking standards! Don’t use!!!!

Driver was late picking us up from the airport. They were not there 30 minutes prior to arrival as they state they will be. Our return trip to the airport was never provided. We called the driver after receiving his text. He said he was on his way and it would be 15 minutes. After 40 minutes he was still not there and when we called again there was no answer. Ended up using a taxi the resort called. As of today we have not received any type of refund foe their missed service.

Transfer arrived at the airport to collect us in Lanzarote. He was argumentative and very angry because he tried to deliver us to the wrong hotel, and almost threw our luggage out the vehicle and slammed the doors. The vehicle was a old Ford transit which struggled to keep moving and was dirty inside. Never use this company again.

Be aware of this service. Especially when you have more than 1 luggage. Requested a minivan and they sent prius. The driver insisted that it is a minivan. Customer service is non existent. They will never refund anything claiming it is their policy. Be aware.

Avoid, appalling service. Paid upfront in good faith. Left stranded at airport , driver number provided, phone off. Will not refund money. Feels like a scam!

We had booked a transfer in Malta, from the island of Gozo to the Malta airport. We only received partial service, they took us to the ferry, later they didn't. We almost missed the plane. No one takes responsibility for this situation, they don't reply to emails. I try to resolve this situation for month, from 22th of september. Of course, we incurred additional expenses - the ferry, and taxis from the ferry to the airport, but no one is solving this. During the entire trip, no information/ instructions about who/where/when will be waiting for us. When we arrived at the Malta airport, we also looked for the driver ourselves, found him after 15 min! With small children, luggage and pensioners. I will never use this service again. Be careful before transferring money! We initially booked a transfer for the price indicated on the website, then they wrote to us that the service cannot be provided for such an amount, we have to pay extra if we want a transfer - we paid extra, but we still didn't receive the service. I believe that anything can happen, there can be different situations, and unplanned problems can occur, but what's crazy about this situation is that no one is solving the problem and considers the customer a fool!!!!

At the time of the booking they asked for our flight number which they completely ignored. Our flight was delayed 20 minutes, the driver was constantly calling and texting to check our whereabouts and said she'll leave as she had other pick ups but she could stay another 15 min if we make it. We were lucky the luggage was out in no time so we called and she was gone but returned in another 15 minutes. She said we couldn't go in the car unless we paid the penalty for late arrival of 30 euros cash. I was unhappy to pay but with a 9 month old I had not much alternative. When we arrived to the car, she takes a booster seat and wanted my 9 month infant to sit in that thing, claimed that the company didn't mention baby seat, but she showed the right booking with the request. I contact the emergency number, they claimed that the maximum response time is 2h, it's been +10h and still waiting. I feel scammed. I will never use them again

We booked a pickup at Haneda Airport. When booking, we provided the flight number so we could be tracked. Everything was as requested by this company. After we landed and turned on the internet, we received a few messages from the driver. Well, he apparently wasn't interested in the flight number; he contacted us four hours before our scheduled landing in Haneda. So, of course, we couldn't respond, as we were sitting on the plane without internet. We immediately responded to his messages, saying that we had arrived and were currently waiting for our luggage and would be leaving the passenger area in about 20 minutes. However, he still needs to tell us the exact meeting point. Time passed, and we were already outside the passenger area, standing there as if we had been ordered and hadn't been picked up. And above all, no information from the driver. We were just about to contact the tour operator when we suddenly received a message. He said he would be there in five minutes and we should meet here. (He sent a photo) Great, we'd been standing there waiting for 10 minutes. We waited forever, because the 5 minutes passed and no driver came. After another 25 minutes, the driver finally came running. No apology, nothing. If we'd taken the train, we would have been there long ago. So, despite our booked appointment, we stood there for 70 minutes waiting for this unreliable driver. The driver only took one of our rolling suitcases because the second one was too much for him and took us to the car. Even though we had specified and paid for two suitcases, he complained about the second one. We also booked the meet and greet service for an additional $15. We didn't get any of that, we just paid for it, and we got a bad-tempered driver. He then dropped us off at the hotel, dropped off the suitcases, and was gone. This is the worst experience we've ever had with an airport pickup service in Tokyo. This proves that cheaper isn't always better. This was definitely my last trip in Tokyo with this company. It couldn't be worse.

Driver NO show on return trip NO apologies. Have got a refund but only for the return trip had to fork out for an Uber to get us to the airport on time which was more money than the refund we got. Very Stressful . Airports Taxi Transfers washed their hands and said we need to contact the local taxi firm if we want to take the matter further BEWARE

Le service se dégrade, avant le chauffeur était présent à l heure de la réservation. Négatif à ma dernière réservation à l aéroport de Malaga . Réservation 13h30 le 17 /10 et personne présente, après plusieurs appels sans réponses, on vous dit qu'il faut les contacter par whatsapp de manière désagréable.On nous a envoyé un chauffeur de Bolt à 14h30. Après plusieurs réservations, je ne réserverai plus chez eux. Toutes mes anciennes réservations s étaient bien déroulées, mais cela fait 2 fois qu on vous laisse de côté à l aéroport et qu il faut essayer d avoir quelqu'un au tél qui ne répond pas toujours pour s entendre engueuler qu il faut utiliser whatsapp pour les appeler en urgence.A quoi sert alors la réservation confirmée.

I had a really bad experience recently. Melbourne airport to the city. I.booked and paid a premium service for 5 persons and 5 luggages. The vehicle that was supposed to pick us up was supposed to be a large Mercedes-type vehicle, but the car was not large enough so so we crammed 4 elderly people into the back of the car and added luggage on top of them. Luckily the taxi driver was super nice. Definitely not book on this site again. Sorry

I reserved a ride to avoid the taxi line at the Barcelona airport. When multiple planes arrive in the same general timeframe it can take an hour or two to get through customs. The service will only wait for you for one hour and then your rate starts going up. They do not make this clear and there is absolutely no leniency. The taxi line outside the airport is quick and reliable. I will do that next time.

Do not use this service, they do not support you when the local provider leaves you at the airport because your flight was delayed, the local provider never even gave me the option to pay a “fee for extra minutes” as their policy states, they charged the full amount and left, I was given a 5 minute warning phone call and I walked out of baggage claim in less than 5 minutes, the local provider said he was instructed to leave, I was charged the full fare and then had to pay another €80 euros for another taxi. This company airport transfers is a third party using local providers, they do nothing to support you, I explained the situation, I would have been happy to pay an extra fee if needed after a 12 hour flight, they have the proof of the timing and text messages between me and the provider, still did nothing.

AVOID !!!!!! We booked a return transfer and was told someone would be standing with our name on a board. In the morning of our trip from the U.K. we received a message to say we had to go to office number 9 for our transfer.No directions or company name were given. We exited departures and could not see any offices or stands so asked several airport staff and nobody could offer any assistance. It took over 30 minutes to find it,which is not good when you have 3 children,and 1 is disabled. I even phoned them on the emergency number they provided and they still could not give any directions. We decided to get our return transfer from company in las americas,even though we had paid these for a return. There are so many better companies than this. Please DO NOT fall for the 5 star reviews

I will start by saying I used Airport Taxi Transfers in Europe in different countries and would give them 5 stars. Today I am in Bangkok and needed a ride to the airport. The driver couldn't find The Intercontinental Hotel even having the correct street address. Then she turned up and left leaving us in the driveway. 10 min later she comes back. We are now 20 min late. Luckily the entrance to the expressway is 200 M along the road. However.she turns and takes a secondary road, which meant were got stuck in go awful Bangkok traffic. She did this to avoid tolls. So what should have been a 35 min drive to the airport turned into a marathon. To top it off the driver only spoke Thai which meant we could not communicate with her. Very stressful trip. I do not recommend using this service in Thailand. I give the trip 1 star because we did eventually get to the airport.

I was looking for a transfer from Tokyo to Haneda with 4 suitcases, pick-up time at 6 am. A Google comparison showed this was the least expensive service. However, it came with a price. The business model of this service is an international hub operator that puts you in contact with a local supplier. I am in Japan, like many other tourists, without a cellular plan - only data. I contacted the local supplier via the WhatsApp number provided with the reservation (no email address provided). After not having received an answer from them for 3 days, I contacted them via email. service rep, who was very responsive, but offered to communicate with the local supplier regarding my request to be able to confirm the pick up in the evening before the pick up day (being as early as 6 am). I canceled after no response came from the local supplier. Refund was straightforward.
