Terrible service. Booking needed changing after flight was delayed but they were unable to find another driver and then refused to refund us. There is no number on the website and the emergency number we called blocked us. DO NOT BOOK.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. DO NOT USE. We tried to amend a booking after our flight was delayed. The third party they used - EZ Travels - couldn’t find a driver and said they couldn’t refund us. We contacted Airport Taxi Transfer who were rude and refused to refund us as well. These guys clearly only have a couple of drivers operating which is why they don’t have any flexibility. Not worth the risk.

First of all, when I book for a specific time I expect the car to be there and its not up to you to decide when the driver should reach subject to my flight time! Secondly, when I pay for an MPV, I expect an MPV and again its not up to you to determine the size of my luggage and thus send a car. We had to struggle to get the luggage in the car and we are sitting tighly in the vehicle which is very uncomfortable!!!! Very very poor quality and highly unprofessional. However the driver is kind.

Absolutely abysmal service Got through immigration and into arrivals hall before 1 hour waiting time was exceeded and no sign of our driver I phoned emergency telephone number only to be told driver left as we were late which we weren’t I filled in a complaint form and got an email to say I was getting a refund Will never use again Anyone flying into Boston airport there is a special pick up and drop off for Uber and lyft

I visited the USA for the first time and booked a return transfer from JFK airport to my hotel well in advance of traveling. I received a request by text to confirm my flight details on the morning of my flight, which I did. I received a reply to say the driver would be waiting for us on arrival. Unfortunately the driver never showed up and the ‘emergency contact number’ which the company provided does not connect. Myself and my daughter were left stranded at the airport late at night after a long flight to New York in a country we have never visited before and were unfamiliar with. We were forced to wait around for a WhatsApp message from the company to confirm that we should make alternative arangements and would receive a refund. We then had to take a taxi from the airport at and increased cost, using funds that we had allocated for other purposes (as we had paid in advance for our taxi transfers). Following numerous emails and an investigation which was inconclusive (as the comapany were unable to get an explanation from the driver) we did receive a refund for both trips (as we were unwilling to risk another letdown on the return journey). Issuing a refund, however, does not compensate for the upset and inconvenience caused. This is an honest review so book at your own risk. Going forward I would not consider paying in advance for a taxi transfer (certainly not with Airport Taxi Transfers'.

Very dissapointed with the service i recieved from this company. We flew to New York on holiday and booked a car through this website to pick us up when we arrived. When we got off the plane we were faced with a 2 hour passport control queue which i was constanly keeping our driver informed about. Eventually the driver said he couldnt wait any longer and said i would need to make my own way to Manhatten at my own expense (paying twice). I contacted the customer service the during my trip and have just heard back they are not willing to give me any compensation at all. Don't bother using this company they are useless.

Booked to be taken from Tenerife airport to our hotel. On landing we went to the nominated desk, who had no record of a booking. They confirmed we were at the correct desk, phoned the local supplier who had no record of the booking. We phoned the uk contact number who eventually after a long wait in the queue confirmed the booking and told us to wait agg to the desk ( do not leave the airport), they would resolve and call us back promptly. 30 mins later we had not received any call or reservation and no-one was answering the uk contact number phone. We tried the local number provided and gave up after 30 mins in the queue unanswered. We had to get and pay for our taxi after a long uncomfortable flight or we would still be at the airport and a sad way to start our well earned holiday. We emailed a complaint and they cancelled / refunded the return trip due next week, but no refund or apology for the failed pick- up at the airport. They state they will respond after 2 weeks with a decision. Unacceptable, the service provided was not provided. Word of advice for Tenerife, taxis are freely available waiting at the airport and it turned out to be far / far cheaper and easier than what this company was charging. We certainly will just get a taxi on arrival and avoid having the start of our holiday ruined by this company who do not seem to care at all about their customers, just profit.

SHOCKING!!! Had a return journey booked. Taxi didn't arrive until eventually told they had a breakdown and had no other drivers. Requested refund (and compensation as had to pay more to get back to airport) only to be fobbed off with contact the local supplier. They then say its not us its the people who arranged the original contract! Neither wants to know so out of pocket!!!!! Advertised as stress free- far from it!!!!!!

our flight was delayed, we notified the emergency no., as advised, one could not understand us, all i could hear was a baby crying, the other no. was answered in broken english. Onarrival we could not find a driver,& when he did turn up he demanded 40 euros"or i do not turn a wheel or pick you up for return, I reluctently paid & tried to get in touch with your customer service,who do not want to help. My son used Hoppa for his transfer, & his driver said they use flight tracking, so waitng charges do not occour. Our executive car turned out to be a mini-van. I am disgusted with the way we were treated, & will go to social media & advise against pre-paying, as the airport was flooded with taxis, & to avoid your company at all costs

I would give this 0 stars if I could. Driver was half an hour late, couldn’t contact him, made no apology for lateness. Despite travelling with two young kids and lots of luggage we made our own way to the car park and loaded our own luggage as the driver so unhelpful. I had booked and paid for two car seats for the kids but none were there which meant my young baby screamed the entire hour home, and it didn’t feel safe at all. Driver was unprofessional and arrived not only late but without petrol so our journey further delayed by stopping for fuel (and the queue was huge!!) and a second stop to pay for the short term car park which I didn’t expect. The driver seemed half asleep and the car sounded like it was breaking and kept lurching making us all feel sick. It was the worst taxi ride ever! And the company isn’t responding to our requests for a refund (they should at least refund me £20 for the car seats but in this instance I’m asking for a further refund for all the inconveniences and terrible service). In fairness I had one very good ride with them to the airport which I cannot fault, but this one on the way home was appalling. And the booking and communication process was good… until it wasn’t and we had a complaint to make. Can’t understand how one company can offer two completely different experiences- if you book with them you’re rolling a dice!

Immigration atJFK takes well over an hour, our taxi told us he would wait for extra $10 per half hour after the 60 minutes, which we agreed to, then after 30 mins he text to say “too long, I’m going” We got the air train and then subway and it was fine….do this, then ur not stressed by messages in the queue!

Avoid at all costs !!!! After severe weather issues & our connecting flight being postponed, we asked if they could pick us up 3 days later or issue refund & we would make new booking with them. They did neither. Just ignored us, until after the 3 days had passed & we had to organise & pay for another transfer. BTW, we had given at least 5 hours notice before the scheduled pick up time. This was as soon as we knew our flight was cancelled. They had no outlay up to this time. They refused to help, based on their T&C’s !!! We are organising our trip for 2024 & will NOT be using Airport Transfers. All other service providers that we dealt with on our ‘delayed’ trip last year were most helpful & obliging. Same cannot be said for Airport Transfers.

Terrible company 👎 I reserved a 6 passengers van to accommodate 4 passengers freely , I got a minivan barely accommodated us 4 passengers. I mentioned specifically my flight details to avoid driver waiting time delays … hence extra charge, I had to pay the nice driver Extra ; because the company did not inform the driver about this detail. Last but not least … they subleted my reservation to a third party independent driver , I paid £ 143.75 upfront for this stupid company… they paid the driver of the smaller sized car that I got £ 60 !!!!?? Can you imagine the Greed !? Finally … I would never recommend this company. 👎

Driver left us stranded at JFK . He arrived even before our flight arrives time 7.25 p.m. When we were at customs 60 minutes wait line. The driver left. We called support line to hopefully rearrange a new pick up time but they didn't help and hang up the phone. We ended up having to oder an uber spending another 100 dollars. After I read the positive reviews I totally trusted your service. Very disappointed. Nobody has been in touch since and booking money lost!! Unfortunately, we can't recommend your service

I had the worst experience with this company. I had reserved the private transfer from Rome international airport (FCO) to Piazza del Colosseo on March 26th at 7:45 AM. I called as soon as I landed to inform my arrival. I was told driver is out there waiting for us. When I got out of the airport, the driver was not there. I had to make so many phone calls to locate the driver. I waited more than an hour for driver to arrive. He was not holding any sign showing my name. He did not even greet us, started walking and asked us to follow him. No instructions on where we are going. He had parked his car so far that we had to walk 5-10 minutes in the rain to get to the car. He did not offer to put our luggage in the car. He was smoking the entire time. It was such a bad experience. I called the main customer service to report him, and I was told someone will get back to me. No one ever did. I followed up after 3 days and asked to speak with manager and still have not heard back from anyone. This is a very unprofessional service. I would never use this company again.

They picked up at the airport and didn’t wear the booster seats for the children and we payed 10£ for each one. The travel was 2 hours!!! We are trying to cancel the return travel and they don’t return us the money!!! It’s a fraud!!!!..

We were told to line up outside the main door of airport and took the next taxi. He charged us over 80 euros for 2 to ibis hotel stopera area. The car was a Tesla When we got to the hotel we saw the charges were much much less
